★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apertura prevista per le 10,arriviamo qualche minuto prima ....aspettiamo fino alle 10e30...tutto chiuso e nessuno apre!questa è scarsa professionalità e avete perso due clienti!
Per il titolare:difatti abbiamo chiamato GG prima per prendere appuntamento(che ci è stato detto non necessario)e accertarci dell' orario dell' apertura proprio per le problematiche legate alle normative vigenti(e ci è stato confermato 10).
Aggiungo che il cartello all entrata dice apertura ore 10,cambiarlo!
Opening scheduled for 10, we arrive a few minutes before .... we wait until 10e30 ... all closed and nobody opens! This is poor professionalism and you have lost two customers!
For the owner: in fact, we called GG first to make an appointment (which we were told is not necessary) and to make sure of the opening time precisely for the problems related to current regulations (and we have been confirmed 10).
I add that the sign at the entrance says opening at 10, change it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata da Oregold un paio di settimane fa (quando l'oro era già molto alto...). Avevo oro 24 kt e un paio di orecchini che mi sono stati presi a peso (escluse quindi le pietre). Per la quotazione del 24 kt niente da dire, onesto e chiaro. Per gli orecchini (quindi 18 kt ) mi ha fatto una quotazione davvero bassissima...Sicuramente colpa mia che al momento non ho realizzato quando stavo perdendo ma un pò di chiarezza sarebbe stata gradita... Io mi sono sentito un idiota ma loro hanno sicuramente perso un cliente. Chiedete sempre la quotazione che vi stanno applicando
I went to Oregold a couple of weeks ago (when gold was already very high ...). I had 24 kt gold and a pair of earrings that were taken from me by weight (therefore excluding stones). For the quotation of the 24 kt nothing to say, honest and clear. For the earrings (therefore 18 kt) he made me a very low price ... Surely my fault that at the moment I did not realize when I was losing but a bit of clarity would have been appreciated ... I felt like an idiot but they have definitely lost a customer. Always ask for the quote they are applying to you
