They never answer the phone! I am a customer and sometimes I need to speak with an operator but it is impossible! I will definitely change banks.

Sconsigliato,almeno questa filiale e da rivedere. Comportamento scortese e agressione verbale all'interno della banca, al cospetto di altri astanti e soprattutto alla presenza dei miei figli minori di età al seguito da parte di un impiegato a seguito oltretutto di un errore di sistema del loro sportello bancomat che aveva trattenuto la mia carta bancomat con evidenti ripercussioni sulla mia logistica lavorativa e familiare. Attaccano sempre il telefono a tutte le ore e in filiale ti rispondono con certe cose che nn stanno ne in cielo e ne in terra. Ci vorrebbero 10 Orlando li dentro per competenza, gentilezza e professionalità. Unfortunately there is no half star otherwise I would have put that one. Ho fatto questa recensione perché visto le altre lamentele dei clienti ( 9 circa) che non si sono trovati bene .... però questa filiale avrà un numero molto elevato di clienti ben serviti è che non lasciano le recensioni , forse per la mancanza di tempo o perché si trovano bene e basta ...
