★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di AGGIORNARE la residenza sul libretto di circolazione, per il servizio mi hanno chiesto 100 euro. Mi sono informata anche alle sede aci di via baldo degli ubaldi e per lo stesso servizio mi hanno chiesto 68 euro. Ovviamente ho scelto la sede di via baldo degli ubaldi. Si tratta sempre dello stesso ente e non dovrebbe essere possibile avere prezzi diversi!!! L'unica parola che mi viene in mente per definirvi è TRUFFATORI. Aggiunto la foto della ricevuta. Per cambiare la residenza sul libretto non serve il duplicato del libretto
 I needed to UPDATE the residence on the vehicle registration document, they asked me for 100 euros for the service. I also inquired at the aci headquarters in via baldo degli ubaldi and they asked me for 68 euros for the same service. Obviously I chose the headquarters in via baldo degli ubaldi. It is always the same institution and it should not be possible to have different prices !!! The only word that comes to my mind to define you is SCAMS. Added the photo of the receipt. To change the residence on the booklet, a duplicate of the booklet is not required

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto efficienti. Il personale ha mostrato ottima competenza e anche gentilezza. Temevo che rinnovare la patente comportasse una inutile perdita di tempo. E' stato invece tutto facile, trasparente e veloce.
Very efficient. The staff showed excellent competence and also kindness. I was afraid that renewing the license would mean an unnecessary waste of time. Instead, it was all easy, transparent and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire aver trovato in questa agenzia Aci personale di grande professionalità e cortesia nonché il servizio con il più basso prezzo di Roma. Mi riferisco ai costi per i certificatii in caso di furto auto: perdita di possesso, cronologico è Procura a vendere, addirittura con il notaio in sede!
E tutto senza l'unghe attese e con appuntamento fissato.
Ci tornerò sicuramente per altri servizi anche se non mi è molto vicino!
I can say that I have found in this Aci agency staff of great professionalism and courtesy as well as the service with the lowest price in Rome. I am referring to the costs for certificates in the event of car theft: loss of possession, chronological and power of attorney to sell, even with the notary in office!
And all without waiting and with a fixed appointment.
I will definitely be back for other services even if it is not very close to me!
