Bad experience, rude and unhelpful. They screamed at each other in front of the customers and then nervously shouted at the customers too. Agency not recommended and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto felice della sua risposta che non menziona mai una giustificazione (qualora ne potesse esistere una) alla maleducazione riservata ai clienti e la poca professionalità dimostrata nell'urlare tra di voi, soci e fratelli, in disaccordo per una normale procedura. Come dicevo sono felice di leggere che vi siete sforzati di trovare, almeno in questo sito pubblico e di vetrina, toni e parole civili.
Continuo a ribadire che in zona ci sono diverse agenzie che svolgono il lavoro con la professionalità che, a mio avviso, dovrebbe essere sempre garantita , con l'aggiunta della giusta gentilezza che chi si suda il lavoro giustamente riserva ai suoi clienti.

I am very happy with your answer that never mentions a justification (if there could be one) for the rudeness given to customers and the lack of professionalism shown in yelling among you, partners and brothers, in disagreement for a normal procedure. As I said I am happy to read that you have tried to find, at least in this public and showcase site, tones and civil words.
I continue to reiterate that in the area there are several agencies that carry out the work with the professionalism that, in my opinion, should always be guaranteed, with the addition of the right kindness that those who sweat their work rightly reserve for their customers.
