Ho collaborato con loro per una nazionalizzazione auto + conversione patente, sono riusciti a definire le pratiche in quasi due settimane mentre la motorizzazione mi aveva chiesto più di un mese. Mi hanno fato fare la visita medica ovviamente inclusa nel prezzo, mi hanno spiegato tutto in merito alla documentazione e soprattutto sono riusciti a sorpassare piccoli problemi che con la loro esperienza hanno trovato semplici soluzioni. Poi sono particolarmente gentili. Disponibilità massima sempre, sia dall’ufficio sia nelle comunicazioni telefoniche, mi hanno appunto prenotato il medico in orario a me comodo, di sabato e anche con una certa flessibilità. Un’ultima cosa che devo dire, certo non per importanza, è la loro capacità di essere “smart”, hanno discusso con pazienza ogni possibilità e mi hanno trovato soluzioni su vari temi ognuno dei quali aveva le proprie complessità, che dire, super consigliati. La può dire lunga... la scelta è stata premiata e favorita dalle tante recensioni positive ma in particolare una espressa da un cliente di origine greca, che potete leggere più in basso. Ecco, posso confermare quella recensione e rafforzarla per quanto siano stati pazienti (Andrea in primis!), disponibili, reattivi... Se volessi definire studio 90 con un voto, sarebbe 11. Se fosse un giudizio, sarebbe ottimissimo oppure più che ottimo! In breve non avevo molta esperienza nell'acquisto self made di un'auto estera (tedesca) e grazie ad Andrea che mi ha fornito tutte, ma proprio tutte, le informazioni del caso, spesso rassicurandomi, sono riuscito nell'immatricolazione italiana in circa 10 (dieci) giorni, considerando una enormità di fattori: emergenza pandemia covid, cambio della normativa vigente presso l'Agenzia delle entrate (per la quale la loro analisi può durare fino a 30 giorni), latenze burocratiche perentoriamente sistemate (da loro), etc... Se potessi aggiungere qualche altra stella, lo farei, cinque sono troppo poche! Grazie ancora! È bastato andare una sola volta all'appuntamento concordato e in mezz'ora ho fatto tutto (foto, visita oculistica e burocrazia varia). Comodissimo e ad un prezzo giusto, considerato anche l'enorme risparmio di tempo. Per il parcheggio hanno una convenzione con un garage a 20 metri.
