Ma una dipendente che alza la voce a un cliente è normale? PS telefonicamente non mi sono messo ai livelli della signora, ma vi sconsiglio vivamente l agenzia. Ce ne stanno molti di meglio e più convenienti. Molte persone che hanno messo le 5 stelle senza commentare sono per lo più conoscenti del personale dell agenzia. Vorrei anche rispondere, il giorno 17 dicembre appena avete aperto la mattina vi ho contattato telefonicamente dove una voce femminile mi ha risposto con toni non "rassicuranti" maleducati e cafoni. Se lei , persona che mi ha risposto al commento, è il responsabile gli consiglio vivamente controllare meglio l attegiamento dei suoi subordinati, specialmente la signora un po troppo schizzata che lavora con voi.
