★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità da parte di uno studio che, per accaparrarsi più bandi di gare possibili, sottopaga (o peggio....) il proprio personale.
Lack of professionalism on the part of a firm that, in order to grab as many calls for tenders as possible, underpays (or worse ....) its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Società da scartare truffano le persone ti assumono con contratti a partita Iva e non pagano gli stipendi da fare attenzione ai giovani ingegnere ti sfruttano dovrebbe intervenire la guardia di finanza o carabinieri a far chiudere queste società e un consiglio che do ai giovani ingegnere
Companies to be discarded scam people hire you with VAT contracts and do not pay salaries to pay attention to young engineers they exploit you the financial police or carabinieri should intervene to close these companies and advice I give to young engineers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non pagano i propri dipendenti/consulenti. Nel mio caso non mi hanno pagato e non si sono neppure degnati di rispondere alle svariate PEC inviate dal mio legale. Una vergogna!
They do not pay their own employees / consultants. In my case they did not pay me and they did not even deign to respond to the various PECs sent by my lawyer. A shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tutti quelli che parlano male della 3ti sono dei poveri miserabili e persone di convenienza..la 3ti ha pagato sempre puntuale gli stipendi a tutti..solo da qualche anno dove c è stata una crisi economica internazionale del settore ci sono stati dei ritardi...comunque voglio rispondere a quelli che criticano che sono stati sfruttati dalla 3ti...siete voi che avete sfruttato la 3ti, venendo a lavorare da noi per poi rivendervi bene per aver progettato delle opere favolose e solo così vi hanno preso nelle più famose aziende di ingegneria..senza di noi eravate nulla...vergognatevi..almeno state zitti!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho lavorato in 3ti meno di un mese, sono stato preso come collaboratore in p.iva a 1000€ LORDI al mese (860€ al mese A ROMA) gia questo è assurdo ma ho accettato per fare esperienza.
3 settimane dopo ho ricevuto una proposta molto piu vantaggiosa e sfido chiunque a non cambiare.
Detto ció:
1) ufficio bellissimo
2) colleghi ottimi
3) progetti affascinanti
MA NON CHIEDETEGLI GLI STIPENDI, non se ne parla di pagare. Io devo ancora ricevere quei miseri 700€, 700!!!!!
Ho fatto 2 solleciti e una messa in mora con l'avvocato. NULLA! Si credono Dei in terra.
Possono fatturare anche i milioni di euro ma sono dei pezzenti avidi.
Ps: ho messo nome e cognome senza nascondermi dietro un nickname. Chiunque voglia puo contattarmi.
Non temo nulla e nessuno, perchè sono nel giusto!
I state that I worked in less than a month in 3ti, I was hired as a collaborator in VAT at € 1000 GROSS per month (€ 860 per month IN ROME) already this is absurd but I accepted to gain experience.
3 weeks later I received a much better offer and I challenge anyone not to change.
That said:
1) beautiful office
2) excellent colleagues
3) fascinating projects
BUT DON'T ASK FOR THE SALARY, there is no question of paying. I have yet to receive those measly 700 €, 700 !!!!!
I made 2 reminders and a formal notice with the lawyer. NOTHING! They believe they are Gods on earth.
They can also bill millions of euros but they are greedy beggars.
Ps: I put my name and surname without hiding behind a nickname. Anyone who wants can contact me.
I fear nothing or anyone, because I am right!
