Provati alcuni piatti della cucina romana ( cacio e pepe, carbonara, abbacchio a scottadito con cicoria ripassata). Tutti assolutamente all'altezza. E per concludere, i dolci preparati da Emiliano, vere prelibatezze. Consigliatissimo. Simple but very nice place. The highlight is the cuisine of Emiliano, a great chef! Try some Roman cuisine (cacio e pepe, carbonara, lamb scottadito with sautéed chicory). All absolutely up to par. And finally, the desserts prepared by Emiliano, real delicacies. Highly recommended.

Interno semplice, pulito,ordinato, curato con tavoli ben distanziati. Accoglienza calda e piacevole: qui ti senti come a casa. Menù essenziale in positivo perché punta su pochi piatti prevalentemente della cucina romana ma buoni e cucinati bene; da segnalare i gradevolissimi gnocchetti con le vongole. Buona scelta anche sui fritti. Lodevole la possibilità di scegliere vino o bollicine al calice. Completa il locale un forno a legna per la pizza bassa e croccante. Servizio puntuale, attento, preciso e cordiale. Buona selezione di dolci e di amari. Buon rapporto qualità e prezzo. Quiet location, located in the heart of Garbatella, a few steps from Piazza Sant 'Eurosia. Simple, clean, tidy interior with well-spaced tables. Warm and pleasant welcome: here you feel at home. Positive essential menu because it focuses on a few dishes mainly of Roman cuisine but good and well cooked; noteworthy are the very pleasant gnocchetti with clams. Also good choice on fried foods. The possibility of choosing wine or bubbles by the glass is commendable. The place is completed by a wood-burning oven for low and crispy pizza. Punctual, attentive, precise and friendly service. Good selection of desserts and bitters. Good value for money.

Una sola sala interna arredata con un gradevole insieme di modernità e di atmosfera da trattoria genuina. Veniamo accolti con sorriso dal simpaticissimo anfitrione Emiliano che incarna la tipica goliardia e socievolezza dei quartieri storici della Capitale. Dalla cucina si affaccia, per accertarsi del buon andamento del pasto, lo Chef Emiliano (omonimo dell'anfitrione di cui sopra), al quale a fine pasto abbiamo rivolto i nostri sinceri complimenti, il che già vi farà capire la nostra soddisfazione ed il nostro gradimento di questa nuova esperienza culinaria. C'è l'accortezza nel preparare piatti esaltando la freschezza della materia prima e il giusto accostamento degli ingredienti, c'è la più che valida capacità di soddisfare l'esigenza del cliente a cui piace la porzione anche generosa calibrando la ricchezza ed il sapore del cibo nel piatto, salvaguardando le caratteristiche della cucina romana-regionale-mediterranea. Consigliato. We follow the advice of a friend and decide to test this place located in a quiet residential street in the Garbatella district of Rome. A single internal room furnished with a pleasant combination of modernity and the atmosphere of a genuine trattoria. We are greeted with a smile by the very nice host Emiliano who embodies the typical student spirit and sociability of the historic districts of the capital. Chef Emiliano (namesake of the aforementioned host) looks out from the kitchen to make sure of the good progress of the meal. enjoyment of this new dining experience. There is the foresight in preparing dishes, enhancing the freshness of the raw material and the right combination of ingredients, there is the more than valid ability to satisfy the need of the customer who likes the portion even generous by calibrating the richness and flavor of food on the plate, safeguarding the characteristics of Roman-regional-Mediterranean cuisine. And if everything is accompanied by the convivial but always quiet atmosphere we told you above, and by a fair and honest quality-price ratio, here comes an experience to be repeated with pleasure. I can highly recommend the stracciatella with focaccia and the calamari fritti. Dessert was excellent. Everything was on point! I’d definitely be coming back
