★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio carino con vari articoli sfiziosi ed originali... Ne avevo già visto uno in Danimarca! Ma... Devo dare meno stelle x i modi sgarbati di due ragazzi che lavorano lì... Trattano male chi non prende il cestino (in realtà non si capisce che tutti dovrebbero prenderlo...però, vabbe...) e sembra che abbiano poca voglia...
Nice shop with various delicious and original items ... I had already seen one in Denmark! But ... I have to give fewer stars for the rude ways of two guys who work there ... They treat badly whoever doesn't take the basket (in reality it is not clear that everyone should take it ... however, anyway ...) and it seems that have little desire ...

La responsabile, una giovane ragazza dai capelli neri e corti è maleducatissima e scortese, indifferente alle richieste della clientela e pronta a far pagare una busta più di 1€ per una spesa di pochi euro solo perché le più economiche non le avevano disponibili di formati voluminosi.
Difficilmente tornerò in questo store.

Diciamo per bene le cose come stanno, Signora!
La vera maleducata è stata lei, non la commessa che è stata pure troppo gentile ed educata! Io al suo posto le avrei risposto veramente male.
Io sono testimone della vicenda e posso assicurare che la Signora Surace ha cominciato a lamentarsi del prezzo della busta che sì, è 1 euro, ma la commessa le ha chiesto se la voleva e lei ha detto sì. La ragazza non gliel'ha aggiunta al conto senza chiederglielo e le ha anche detto che non c'era problema e che poteva tranquillamente toglierla dal conto. La signora invece ha cominciato a fare polemica come se il negozio fosse di proprietà della ragazza e decidesse lei i prezzi delle cose.
Mentre la Signora Surace continuava a polemizzare e rispondere male alla ragazza e a minacciarla di recensirla, quest'ultima continuava a dirle con estrema calma "guardi signora non c'è problema la busta gliela posso togliere" e alla minaccia della recensione ha anche risposto "lei è libera di fare ciò che vuole".
Possiamo dire che qui la vera signora è stata la ragazza e non lei.
Una scena imbarazzante, Signora Surace.
Smettiamola di dire che il cliente ha sempre ragione!
Il cliente ha ragione quando porta lo stesso rispetto che gli viene dato!

The real rude was her, not the saleswoman who was also too kind and polite! In her place I would have answered her really badly.
I am a witness to the story and I can assure you that Mrs. Surace began to complain about the price of the envelope which yes, it is 1 euro, but the saleswoman asked her if she wanted it and she said yes. The girl didn't add it to her bill without asking and also told her that there was no problem and that she could easily take it off the bill. The lady instead began to make controversy as if the shop was owned by the girl and she decided the prices of things.
While Ms. Surace continued to argue and respond badly to the girl and threaten to review her, the latter continued to tell her very calmly "look ma'am, no problem I can take the envelope away from you" and to the threat of the review she also replied "she she is free to do what she wants. "
We can say that here the real lady was the girl and not her.
An embarrassing scene, Mrs. Surace.
Let's stop saying that the customer is always right!
