★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo siamo capitati per caso in questo centro in quanto eravamo di passaggio per ferie ove siamo stati “accolti” da una commessa (Maria) la quale e’ stata fin da subito molto arrogante parlando in modo negativo di un’altro centro Wind di Bergamo insinuando che ci avevano dato indicazioni errate sia sull’offerta in corso che sui costi... peccato che le indicazioni sbagliate le ha date proprio lei stessa!!!!.?
 Unfortunately we happened by chance in this center as we were passing through holiday where we were "welcomed" by a saleswoman (Maria) who was immediately very arrogant speaking negatively about another Wind center in Bergamo suggesting that we had been given wrong indications both on the current offer and on the costs ... it is a pity that the wrong indications gave them just her !!!!. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata servita questa mattina nei migliori dei modi. Le commesse davvero disponibili ed hanno molta cura nel capire le esigenze del cliente riuscendo ad accontentarmi senza creare alcun disagio per il cambio tariffa e telefono. Ringrazio di cuore Maria per il servizio fornito.

Cioè sono andata per comprare un telefono e quando li ho chiesto se poteva farmelo vedere ha alzato i occhi al cielo e ha trovato una scusa di non farlo . Poi li ho anche chiesto delle caratteristiche del telefono che non sapeva nemmeno di cosa parlavo. Quando c'è lei non ci entro piu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppa attesa, anche in tempi di no covid attese lunghissime per poi non risolvere il problema magari. Ma è un po la caratteristica di molti negozi di telefonia anche di altri brand. Dovrebbero migliorare il servizio clienti.
Too much waiting, even in times of no covid very long waits and then maybe not solving the problem. But it is a bit the characteristic of many phone shops of other brands as well. They should improve customer service.

Complimenti per la signora JOES.
Sono passata per acquistare un filo usb della huawei, appena uscita mi sono accorta che la confezione e’ gia’ stata aperta, sono tornata nel negozio.
Ho chiesto gentilmente di cambiarmi l’ oggetto, ma la commessa “joese”,( non sapendo se ho scritto bene il nome della commessa), mi ha risposto arrogamente, dicendo che non e’ un oggetto da mangiare, quindi non fa niente se la confezione e’ aperta.
E di seguito senza nessuna gentilezza ha detto che non vuole parlare con me.
Adesso dubito che qualche commessa usualmente utilizza prodotti in vendita.
Non penso che i consumatori vogliano comprare qualcosa che hanno usato altre persone, senno vado all’usato.
Gentilezza:0/100
Dubito che nel negozio i commessi usino i prodotti in vendita.
NON CI TORNERO’ MAI PIU’.

I went to buy a USB cable from Huawei, as soon as I left I realized that the package has already been opened, I went back to the shop.
I kindly asked to change the object, but the "joese" saleswoman, (not knowing if I spelled the name of the saleswoman correctly), arrogantly replied, saying that it is not an object to eat, so it doesn't matter if package is open.
And then without any kindness he said he doesn't want to talk to me.
Now I doubt that some saleswoman usually uses products for sale.
I don't think consumers want to buy something that other people have used, otherwise I go to second-hand.
Kindness: 0/100
I doubt that the shop assistants use the products for sale.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Vendono prodotti con confezioni già aperti, mi fa venire il dubbio che i commessi li usano usualmente.
Anche se non sono da mangiare, ma se vado ad un negozio serio, io vorrei prodotti nuovi non aperti.
Comunque, non ci tornerò più.
Gli altri commessi non so come sono, ma la signora Joyce è veramente arrogante.
Sono passata anche altre volte, noto che sono lenti e parlano con clienti di conoscenza molto tempo, trascurando le persone in fila.
Ci sono commesse gentili, ma ci vuole tanta fortuna.

Oltretutto è molto molto maleducato,prepotente e scortese. Pur di farti fare contratti ti dicono di tutto..classico modus operandi della wind
