★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per carità mai più, non lo auguro a nessuno comprato una iPhone X che appena acquistato la batteria si scaricava subito me L hanno ricambiata, ma il problema sussiste inoltre il caricabatterie dopo due mesi si è bruciato cineseria pura. kmq dopo essere tornata in negozio per spiegare il problema che la batteria dura al massimo 2 ore mi hanno risposto che secondo loro la batteria va bene e che L’iPhone X ha questo problema, e che i caricatori si bruciano. Bene sconsigliatissimo una stella e anche tanto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta ho acquistato un iphon rigenerato . L'apparecchio in questione è un iphon 7 ed è perfetto nell'estetica e nel funzionamento.
Me lo hanno consegnato con caricabatterie, pellicola protettiva e cover (nuovi).
Il negozio è ben fornito e il personale e' molto preparato e disponibile.
Sono soddisfatto e se in futuro dovrò fare altri acquisti di questo genere so già dove rivolgermi! Consiglio questo posto.

Quando ci sono problemi subito pronti a ( ... ) tirarsi indietro
È stato comprato da mia figlia un iPhone 7 che ha dovuto riportare parecchie volte per colpa dello schermo rialzato. Non era chiuso perfettamente quindi dava qualche problema al touch, in più aveva un tasto difettoso. Per fortuna alla fine è stato tutto sistemato.
Dopo vario tempo però, si è accorta che l'NFC all'interno era rotto. Oramai con la garanzia scaduta ...

Sempre da una delle mie figlie è stato comprato un iPhone XR in ottime condizioni, peccato sia stato venduto con batteria non originale, e la cosa ovviamente ha creato problemi..
Alla vista dei difetti del cellullare hanno detto che "è da dimostrare se il difetto viene coperto dalla garanzia" facendo capire che la loro garanzia non conta nulla se il difetto è troppo costoso.
L'ho fatto riparare in un altro negozio anche se il telefono è ancora in garanzia.
(Modifica per la risposta ... l'altro negozio sarebbe l'Apple Store dove CAMBIARE LA BATTERIA COSTA 70€ NON IN GARANZIA E NON 120€ IN GARANZIA COME LEI HA CHIESTO A MIA FIGLIA.l
Che la batteria non era originale era stata testata col cavetto da fuori, poi quando lo hanno aperto per sistemarlo lo hanno confermato)
Ora il cellulare funziona la bene. Garanzia o non garanzia !!!

My daughter bought an iPhone 7 which she had to bring back several times because of the raised screen. It was not closed perfectly so it gave some problems to the touch, plus it had a defective key. Luckily it was all sorted out in the end.
After some time, however, she realized that the NFC inside was broken. Now with the warranty expired ...

Also from one of my daughters an iPhone XR was bought in excellent condition, too bad it was sold with a non-original battery, and this obviously created problems ..
In view of the cell phone defects they said that "it has to be proven if the defect is covered by the guarantee" making it clear that their guarantee is worthless if the defect is too expensive.
I had it repaired in another store even though the phone is still under warranty.
(Edit for the answer ... the other store would be the Apple Store where CHANGING THE BATTERY COST € 70 NOT IN WARRANTY AND NOT € 120 IN WARRANTY AS SHE ASKED MY DAUGHTER.
That the battery was not original it had been tested with the cable from the outside, then when they opened it to fix it they confirmed it)
Now the cell phone works fine. Guarantee or not guarantee !!!
