★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo e competente, mi hanno consigliato la soluzione migliore per il mio telefono e la sostituzione del vetro è avvenuta in pochi giorni. Mi ero rivolto ad un centro assistenza per lo stesso problema e mi hanno tenuto il telefono per un mese ad un costo maggiore.
 Very kind and competent staff, they recommended me the best solution for my phone and the replacement of the glass took place in a few days. I went to a service center for the same problem and they kept my phone for a month at a higher cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio telefono il 17/3 in negozio dopo che era caduto in acqua ( rimasto pochissimo e asciugato prontamente). Non funzionava però il sensore di prossimità, il telefono mi è stato restituito circa 2 settimane dopo, peccato che non funzionava più l'altoparlante, riportato in negozio mi hanno detto di non preoccuparmi e che avrebbero risolto loro senza farmi pagare nulla in più oltre i 35€ per il lavaggio per la rimozione dell'ossido e i 35€ del sensore di prossimità. Ho ripreso il telefono il 21/06 dopo innumerevoli chiamate per sapere che fine avesse fatto. Ora non funziona il microfono e si blocca continuamente. Dovrò comprare un telefono nuovo dopo aver regalato 70€ a degli incompetenti. Non fidatevi delle buone recensioni! Incompetenti e scortesi.
I took my phone 17/3 to the store after it fell into the water (very little left and dried promptly). However, the proximity sensor did not work, the phone was returned to me about 2 weeks later, too bad the speaker no longer worked, brought back to the shop they told me not to worry and that they would have solved them without charging me anything more than the € 35 for washing for oxide removal and € 35 for the proximity sensor. I picked up the phone on 6/21 after countless calls to find out what happened to it. Now the microphone does not work and keeps crashing. I will have to buy a new phone after giving € 70 to incompetent people. Don't trust the good reviews! Incompetent and rude.

La serietà prima di tutto. Stima per voi. Ti danno la garanzia sul lavoro per 3 mesi... Bella raga, consiglierò a tutti di venire a trovarvi nel caso! Bravi!
