★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE: veniva data l'offerta del trasporto gratuito nel mese di agosto, mentre il negozio di Civitanova Marche mi ha detto che il divano da me ordinato non rientrava in questo caso poiché molto scontato è c'era l'aggiunta di 150€ per il trasporto. Dopo aver stupidamente accettato, ho ritrovato la pubblicità dove veniva ribadito il trasporto gratuito. Anche una mail d chiarimento con l'azienda mi confermava questo ma, una successiva mi diceva che i negozi affiliati non sono obbligati a rispettare le indicazioni della casa madre; il problema, però, era che nessuno mi aveva precisato questo, né che il negozio d Civitanova fosse un affiliato. Amareggiata, sto seguendo un iter per annullare l'ordine e farmi restituire l'acconto versato.
E dire che alla fine del bombardamento pubblicitario bastava specificare:" i prezzi e le condizioni possono variare a seconda delle sedi e online"
UNFAIR ADVERTISING: the offer of free transport was given in August, while the Civitanova Marche store told me that the sofa I ordered was not included in this case since it was very obvious that there was the addition of € 150 for transport. After foolishly accepted, I found the advertisement where the free transport was reaffirmed. Even a clarification e-mail with the company confirmed this, but a subsequent e-mail told me that affiliated stores are not obliged to comply with the instructions of the parent company; the problem, however, was that no one had specified this to me, nor that the Civitanova store was an affiliate. Embittered, I am following a procedure to cancel the order and return the deposit paid.
And to say that at the end of the advertising bombardment it was enough to specify: "prices and conditions may vary depending on the location and online"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sottoscritto il contratto il 26 ottobre 2019 e ci era stato detto che il divano ci sarebbe stato consegnato dopo 40 giorni lavorativi, quindi il 23 dicembre. Specificando che avrebbero comunque consegnato, nonostante a ridosso delle festività natalizie. Ad oggi, 9 gennaio, non ho visto nulla!!
Ora che ho ricevuto il divano...vi consiglio di non rivolgervi qui. Cucito malissimo e non corrispondente alle caratteristiche che mi erano state illustrate in negozio. Lo sto restituendo. Mai più!
I signed the contract 26 October 2019 and we were told that the sofa would have been delivered after 40 working days, then on December 23. By specifying that they would still be delivered, even though close to the holiday season. To date, 9 January, I have not seen anything !!
Now that I have received the sofa ... I advise you not contact here. Sewing badly and not corresponding to the features they were explained to me in the store. I'm giving back. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale del negozio disponibile e preparato. Ci hanno aiutato nella scelta con consigli preziosi. I divani sono arrivati nei tempi che ci avevano comunicato e da personale altrettanto cortese. Non resta che valutate la durata ma per questo non mi resta che aspettare comodamente seduti
Shop staff available and prepared. They helped us in the choice with valuable advice. The sofas arrived in the times they communicated to us and by equally courteous staff. You just have to evaluate the duration but for this I just have to wait comfortably seated

Le venditrici sono affabili e prodighe di proposte come non se ne trovano in giro. Divani comodissimi e bellissimi. Ci siamo affidati alla.consulente Regina Patrizia e abbiamo scelto il nostro modello, ISEO, essenziale, pulito e comodissimo con 3 motori per regolare singolarmente piedi testa e zona lombare. Complimenti
..... when we say "people make the difference" it is the case of the Chateau DAx store in Civitanova Marche. The saleswomen are affable and generous with proposals like none are around. Very comfortable and beautiful sofas. We relied on the consultant Regina Patrizia and chose our model, ISEO, essential, clean and very comfortable with 3 motors to individually adjust the head and lumbar area. Well done
