Ho fatto il mio acquisto presso un altro negozio. Il mio voto ė 2.
I wanted to buy a TV by doing financing and to my questions about how it was done, since my first time, the blonde cashier replied with arrogance and superiority. I understand that you knew the procedure but it does not seem correct to address a client in this way.
I made my purchase at another store. My vote is 2.

Mi spiace perché anch'io sono sempre a contatto da più di vent'anni, con clienti ed ho sempre dato delle risposte pur di risolvere il problema , ma almeno provarci.Ho chiesto un numero per un centro assistenza. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto fornito ed accogliente, un plauso al personale davvero gentile sopra la media! Sono andato per avere info sul cambio tv ora che siano allo switch-off, l'addetto mi ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie ed anche lasciato i moduli da compilare. Peccato che ingresso e uscita del parcheggio per arrivare qui siano nei pressi della rotonda che porta al casello autostradale, lo rende un po' scomodo.
Very well-stocked and welcoming, an applause to the really kind staff above average! I went to get info on the TV change now that they are at the switch-off, the clerk gave me all the necessary information and also left the forms to fill out. Too bad that the entrance and exit of the car park to get here are near the roundabout that leads to the motorway exit, it makes it a bit uncomfortable.
