★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più, esperienza da incubo, dopo aver pagato 97,60€ per un preventivo (diagnosi con computer 10 min. lavoro) sono stata pure aggredita verbalmente con urla in maniera pesante da parte del titolare, solo perchè volevo un chiarimento per un costo così eccessivo del preventivo (ho chiesto ad altre officine e questo tipo di diagnosi con computer non lo fanno mai pagare). Sono stata costretta pure a chiamare i carabinieri perchè ho avuto paura. Premetto che ho una opel corsa gpl del 2001 e che avevo chiesto il preventivo per valutare se valeva la pena ripararla. Il costo della riparazione era di 270€ . Ho pagato 97,60€ e sono andata via con la mia auto non riparata. Comunque ho sentito purtroppo successivamente che questi episodi non sono nuovi in questa officina. Mai, mai, mai mai più! Mi chiedo, se uno volesse farsi 2/3 preventivi in officine diverse dovrebbe sborsare 2/300€ con insulti e urla comprese nel pacchetto?

The cost of the repair was € 270. I paid € 97.60 and went away with my unrepaired car. However I have unfortunately heard later that these episodes are not new in this workshop. Never, never, never ever again! I wonder, if one wanted to get 2/3 quotes in different workshops would he have to pay € 2/300 with insults and screams included in the package?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scadente sia il servizio aci che l'autofficina. Mi hanno tirato giù il paraurti del mezzo durante il rimorchio, poi rimesso su a malomodo.Ho le foto che dimostrano il danno ma ho preferito andarmene e ripararlo successivamente da me.
Persone molto saccenti e prepotenti durante l'ispezione del veicolo, ho fatto richiudere tutto e portato via il mezzo con carroattrezzi.

Chiamiamo per la sostituzione della gomma e per organizzare il ritiro visto che siamo a 200 km di distanza. Cerchiamo informazioni e ci dice di non chiamare perché lui lavora, e poi ci chiama alle 17,30 per riprendere l'auto alle 18,00 sapendo che siamo a 200 km di distanza. Prezzo per uno pneumatico assurdo.
Da evitare, mi è sembrato uno che si approfitta della situazione. Pessima esperienza personale
