Mi hanno venduto un pacchetto contenente 3 materassi e ne hanno consegnati solamente 2 perchè la commessa non si era accorta che nel pacchetto che mi aveva offerto erano inclusi solamente 2 materassi. Per errori del personale è il cliente a pagare. Serietà 0. Tempi di consegna improponibili oltre il mese e mezzo e qualità scadente.
Bad! They sold me a package containing 3 mattresses and they only delivered 2 because the order was not aware that only 2 mattresses were included in the package they offered me. For errors of the staff it is the customer to pay. Seriousness 0. Unsuitable delivery times beyond the month and a half and poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato un letto presso il negozio di Civitanova Marche, per un errore di battitura della commessa addetta alla vendita mi è stato consegnato un letto di un colore diverso rispetto a quello che avevo scelto, nonostante la tempestiva comunicazione di tale disguido non ho ricevuto alcuna tutela, personale arrogante e poco competente, una grande delusione.
Sono invece sorpresa della loro premura nel rispondere alle recensioni, visto che la soddisfazione dei clienti non sembra essere la loro priorità, basta guardare il numero di quelle negative per capire quale é la verità.
I bought a bed at the Civitanova Marche shop, due to a typo of the sales clerk I was given a bed of a different color than the one I had chosen, despite the timely communication of this mistake I did not receive any protection , arrogant and not very competent staff, a big disappointment.
Instead, I am surprised at their eagerness to respond to reviews, as customer satisfaction does not seem to be their priority, just look at the number of negative ones to understand what the truth is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima pessima pessima esperienza! Ordinato il letto Honduras basico che più basico non si puo. La commessa mi dice che il letto arriverà tra il 13 ed il 17 Dicembre. Ovviamente il letto non arriva. Chiamo il negozio a Civitanova Marche per avere notizie. La commessa invia una mail al servizio ordini. Il giorno dopo richiamo e mi viene confermata la consegna entro la fine dell'anno. Il letto non arriva. Mi si dice di chiamare il servizio clienti. Questa volta mi dicono che il problema è sul tessuto( che sono stata costretta a scegliere cmq di default, proprio da loro )che non arriva. Ora prospettano la consegna a fine gennaio?. Ed io sono vincolata da un contratto che tutela solo loro, in quanto tranquillamente sono regolari per un ritardo della consegna fino a 60 giorni. Pessima esperienza e pochissima serietà! Pensare che li avevo scelti proprio perché erano "specializzati" in letti e materassi. MAI PIÙ!!!
Bad bad bad experience! Ordered the basic Honduras bed that couldn't be more basic. The saleswoman tells me that the bed will arrive between 13 and 17 December. Obviously the bed does not arrive. I call the shop in Civitanova Marche to get news. The saleswoman sends an email to the order service. The next day I call back and I am confirmed delivery by the end of the year. The bed does not come. I'm told to call customer service. This time they tell me that the problem is on the fabric (which I was forced to choose cmq by default, right from them) that does not arrive. Now they expect delivery at the end of January?. And I am bound by a contract that protects only them, as they are quietly regular for a delivery delay of up to 60 days. Bad experience and very little seriousness! To think that I had chosen them precisely because they were "specialized" in beds and mattresses. NEVER AGAIN!!!
