★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente. Ti danno disponibilità per telefono ma quando ti presenti lì negano il tutto. Invece di proporre soluzioni vanno a nascondersi in giro per il negozio. Se dovete comprare un computer, meglio se non passate da loro
 Incompetent staff. They give you availability by phone but when you show up there they deny everything. Instead of proposing solutions, they hide around the store. If you have to buy a computer, better not go to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico neo è stato il fatto che per chiedere aiuto e consigli sull'acquisto di un prodotto di informatica (essendoci solo un dipendente disponibile) era lunga l'attesa tanto che ho preferito lasciare stare e andare via. Non è assolutamente colpa del dipendente, ma credo che in questi centricosi grandi sia necessario avere dei referenti in più considerando l'affluenza dei potenziali clienti. Il centro mi è sembrato fornito.
The only drawback was the fact that to ask for help and advice on buying an IT product (since there was only one employee available) the wait was long, so much so that I preferred to leave it alone and go away. It is absolutely not the employee's fault, but I believe that in these large centers it is necessary to have more contacts considering the influx of potential customers.
