Personale SGARBATO.
Acquisto un prodotto in volantino ma nello scontrino viene riportato il prezzo pieno, lo faccio immediatamente notare alla cassiera la quale prima mi ha accusato di non aver passato la tessera socio (falso e soprattutto requisito non richiesto nel volantino x ricevere la promo), poi di avere una tessera non valida (falso), infine di aver acquistato prodotti non in volantino(falso)... successivamente, dopo aver chiamato un'altra collega e soltanto dopo 15 minuti di attesa si sono DEGNATI di restituirmi la differenza...
Tutto qst x soli € 1,60!!!

RUDE staff.
I purchase a product in the flyer but the full price is shown in the receipt, I immediately point it out to the cashier who first accused me of not having passed the membership card (false and above all a requirement not required in the flyer to receive the promo), then of to have an invalid card (fake), finally to have bought products not in the flyer (fake) ... later, after calling another colleague and only after 15 minutes of waiting they DEGREE to give me back the difference ...
All this for only € 1.60 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA VERGOGNA! Mai visto persone così scortesi in nessun altro posto, via consiglio vivamente di rivedere il personale, in special modo una signora bionda, perché evidentemente non sono la prima persona a cui capita una cosa del genere. Se potessi darei zero stelle. Mai più.
A SHAME! Never seen such rude people anywhere else, I highly recommend reviewing the staff, especially a blonde lady, as obviously I'm not the first person to have such a thing. If I could I would give it zero stars. Never again.
