 Well stocked and very elegant shop with lots of news. Staff very friendly and good at responding to every customer need. I had a great time and I go back every time with great pleasure.

Il personale, avesse abbozzato un sorriso in più e maggiore disponibilità, probabilmente non avremmo acquistato solo una chiusura di sicurezza...
I due charme ed il set per la pulizia dei gioielli l'abbiamo preso nello store di Ancona. Dove da parte dello Staff del punto vendita, non manca mai né sorriso, né disponibilità.
Store neat, clean and tidy.
Had the staff smiled more and more helpfulness, we probably wouldn't have bought just a safety lock ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sperienza pessima, mi hanno regalato un bracciale costo di 200€ dopo una settimana e diventato tutto nero, me dirigo sul negozio dentro al Cuore Adriatico me dicono che sia una cosa normale e mi costringe a comprare il kit de pulizie. Ho se lo tiene così . Stata la risposta della commessa. Com'è minimo te lo dovrebbe regalare questo kit.. Visto che il bracciale è abbastanza costoso
Bad experience, they gave me a bracelet costing € 200 after a week and it became all black, I head to the shop inside the Adriatic Heart, they tell me it's normal and forces me to buy the cleaning kit. I have if you keep it that way. Was the response of the order. As is minimal you should give this kit as a gift .. Since the bracelet is quite expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio, peccato che la commessa mi ha fatto vedere pochissime cose, forse aveva fretta..questo tipo di comportamento non è la prima volta che lo riscontro in questo negozio, penso che non ci tornerò più, preferisco andare in una gioielleria dove la commessa mi segue con calma.
Nice shop, too bad that the saleswoman showed me very few things, maybe she was in a hurry..this kind of behavior is not the first time I have seen it in this shop, I think I will never go back, I prefer to go to a jewelry shop where the saleswoman follows me calmly.
