I bought a second hand Tag Heuer Carrera watch from them online. The owner's description was correct and not emphasizing, as it happened to me with other sellers. Kind and helpful, Mr. Gianpiero proved to be a person worthy of trust.
I think I am not mistaken by recommending this jewelry.

E IN FRETTA..come fosse un obbligo. Pessima esperienza. Ho sentito anche dei commenti poco piacevoli (alle spalle)..
I've been to your shop (and I remember well!). I had the impression of people who wanted to push me at all costs to buy products that didn't convince me in the least. AND IN A HURRY..as it were an obligation. Bad experience. I also heard some unpleasant comments (behind).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il quarto orologio che acquisto da Ibis Civitanova Marche, e non posso far altro che elogiare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig. Giampiero e delle tre addette alla vendita che hanno, dalla loro, anche una buona dose di pazienza, cosa che non sempre si trova nei reparti vendita delle aziende.
Commercialmente con loro si tratta benissimo e così come ho fatto finora, continuerò a fare e a consigliarli ad amici e conoscenti.
It is the fourth watch that I buy from Ibis Civitanova Marche, and I can't help but praise the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Giampiero and the three sales staff who also have a good deal of patience with them, something that is not always found in the sales departments of companies.
Commercially with them it is very good and as I have done so far, I will continue to do and recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

E' stato come acquistare nel negozio sotto casa.Ringrazio tutto lo Staff. Ho ricevuto anche il pacco con confezione regalo (graditissima dato che dovevo proprio regalarlo), senza che ne avessi fatto richiesta. Inoltre, il set dell'orologio era completissimo di ogni cosa. E come se non bastasse, mi hanno pure regalato un bell'orologio in policarbonato, al quarzo, leggero e fresco per l'estate (questa era una promo per acquisto superiori a 100euro) .... non posso che parlare bene di questa esperienza on line. Bought a Seiko on their online site. I received high-end Boutique treatment. Professionalism, courtesy and speed. It was like buying in the shop under the house. I thank all the staff. I also received the parcel with gift box (very welcome since I had to give it as a gift), without having asked for it. In addition, the clock set was very complete with everything. And to make matters worse, they also gave me a nice quartz polycarbonate watch, light and cool for the summer (this was a promo for purchases over 100euro) ....
