★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato un paio di scarpe e dopo l'ok per l'acquisto il venditore le ha prese in carico per portarle in cassa mentre io continuavo il giro per il negozio. Una volta in cassa pago controllando con la cassiera solo che il numero della scatola fosse il mio e vado via. Una volta a casa con dispiacere noto che una scarpa è perfetta come quella provata e vista esposta. Cuciture perfette e corrispondenti anche alla foto del prodotto sul sito. L'altra scarpa sembra del tutto diversa dalla prima. Un leggero rigonfiamento (cedimento) nella parte posteriore del tallone e le cuciture diverse dall'altra scarpa anche nella parte anteriore, più alte decisamente, difatti non corrispode all'altra scarpa e neanche alla foto del prodotto sul sito (che prendo come riferimento per come il modello dovrebbe essere, infatti l'altra corrisponde). Non so cosa sia successo, se la causa è un difetto del prodotto. Ho solo lo scontrino, poiché non vi era etichetta sulle scarpe. Passerò in negozio per il cambio, sperando sia possibile e spero che effettuino il rimborso in assenza del prodotto di mio interesse.
 I tried on a pair of shoes and after the ok for the purchase the seller took them in charge to take them to the cashier while I continued the tour around the shop. Once at the cashier I pay by checking with the cashier only that the box number was mine and I go away. Once home, I regretfully notice that a shoe is as perfect as the one tested and seen on display. Perfect seams and also corresponding to the product photo on the site. The other shoe looks completely different from the first. A slight swelling (yielding) in the back of the heel and the seams different from the other shoe also in the front, definitely higher, in fact it does not correspond to the other shoe nor to the photo of the product on the site (which I take as a reference for how the model should be, in fact the other corresponds). I don't know what happened if the cause is a product defect. I only have the receipt, as there was no label on the shoes. I will go to the store for the exchange, hoping it will be possible and I hope that they will make the refund in the absence of the product of my interest.
