★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata da loro per cambiare lo schermo del mio telefono...mi è stato detto che al momento non era disponibile ne quello originale ne quello compatibile e che andavano ordinati... Ho chiesto di ordinare quello originale e che avrei lasciato il mio numero in modo tale che quando fosse arrivato sarei andata a lasciare il mio telefono per farlo sistemare.... Mi è stato detto che semmai mi lasciavano il loro numero che loro il mio numero non lo prendevano è che io avrei dovuto chiamare verso metà settimana per vedere se fosse disponibile lo schermo originale che quindi loro in quel momento non potevano ritirare.... Chiamo verso giovedì per informarmi se per caso lo schermo originale fosse tornato disponibile e mi viene detto che loro di me non si ricordavano che comunque saremmo dovuti ritornare sul posto per vedere se era disponibile lo schermo...avendo quindi anche io un lavoro e degli impegni sarei dovuta recarmi nuovamente in negozio solo per vedere se "FOSSE" quindi non c'era la certezza che lo schermo fosse disponibile da ritirare, e quindi sarei andata a perdere del tempo inutilmente...mi dispiace molto ma non mi sono trovata per nulla bene ??♀️

I call around Thursday to inquire if by chance the original screen was available again and I am told that they did not remember me that we would have to come back anyway on the spot to see if the screen was available ... so I also had a job and commitments I would have to go back to the shop just to see if "IT WAS" so there was no certain that the screen was available for collection, and therefore I would have wasted time in vain ... I'm very sorry but I didn't find myself well at all ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica nota positiva che si eseguono i lavori molto velocemente, ma far pagare per una riparazione il doppio e anche più, non è accettabile, sostituzione display senza batteria qui 220€ al centro assistenza del telefono 120€ compresa la batteria. Non mi da la possibilità di rispondere al rivenditore, rispondo qui! Non ho una scheda in quanto ho chiesto a voce il prezzo del ricambio, ed ho rinunciato, purtroppo non ho riparato il telefono in quanto oltre al display è caduto in acqua ed è morto
