Unreliable repairs, I brought my iPad and did nothing but create a thousand other problems. NOT RECOMMENDED, and also as a kindness to the customer leave something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo telefonicamente una restituzione di un pacco tramite corriere e mi dicono che sono aperti anche di pomeriggio dalle ore 16:00 anche se su internet dice dalle 16.30. Mi presento alle 16:00 e, insieme ad altre persone, verifichiamo che l'attività è chiusa! Dopo un'attenta ricerca sulla porta d'ingresso, fra mille adesivi, leggiamo una piccolisssima striscetta di carta che avvisa circa l'orario di apertura estivo "dalle 8.00 alle 13.00"! Almeno modificate l'orario su internet e quando rispondete al telefono date le indicazioni giuste ai clienti, che magari perdono un pomeriggio!!!

I show up at 16:00 and, together with other people, we check that the business is closed! After a careful search on the front door, among a thousand stickers, we read a very small strip of paper that warns about the summer opening hours "from 8.00 to 13.00"! At least change the time on the internet and when you answer the phone give the right directions to customers, who may lose an afternoon !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più di una volta mi è stato venduto un vetro temperato a dir poco scadente, rompendosi nello stesso punto due volte senza cadute, le loro giustificazioni in breve : "visto che c'è una piccola spaccatura la colpa è tua". Ho fatto notare che il problema si è ripetuto due volte, ma niente, 30 euro buttati per 2 vetri temperati di bassissima qualità, pessimo servizio. Ladri è dir poco.

I pointed out that the problem was repeated twice, but nothing, 30 euros thrown for 2 tempered glasses of very low quality, bad service. Thieves is an understatement.
