★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in negozio il 4 gennaio 2021, unico e ultimo giorno possibile per poter acquistare un regalo di compleanno viste le chiusure delle festivita'. Mi servivo in questo negozio da tantissimi anni, si era creato un rapporto di super fiducia con due commessi e mi fidavo ciecamente di loro. Purtroppo in quell'occasione non erano presenti. Ho fatto ugualmente il mio acquisto pensando a una professionalita' di tutto lo staff. Ho attivato un contratto con smartphone rateizzato. Dopo un paio di mesi e'arrivata a casa la fattura del telefono acquistato; l'importo non coincide con il valore rilasciato sul DDT al momento dell'acquisto. Facendo una ricerca avrei dovuto dare €119,00 di anticipo. Invece mi sono stati chiesti € 169,00 di anticipo.
Risultato... € 50,00 regalati a non so chi..... Sicuramente non tornero' piu' in quel negozio e il mio passaparola non sara'per nulla positivo.
I went to the shop on January 4, 2021, the only and last possible day to be able to buy a birthday gift given the holiday closures. I had been serving in this shop for many years, a relationship of super trust had been created with two salesmen and I trusted them blindly. Unfortunately, they weren't present on that occasion. I made my purchase anyway thinking about the professionalism of all the staff. I have activated a contract with a smartphone in installments. After a couple of months the invoice for the telephone purchased arrived at home; the amount does not coincide with the value issued on the DDT at the time of purchase. Doing a search I should have given € 119.00 in advance. Instead, I was asked for € 169.00 in advance.
Result ... € 50.00 given to I do not know who ..... I will certainly never return to that shop and my word of mouth will not be positive at all.

Uniica pecca, le pratiche durano singolarmente decine di minuti per non dire ore, quindi se vai senza appuntamento puoi aspettare in fila in piedi anche un'ora solo se hai davanti un cliente, come è capitato a me la settimana scorsa di pomeriggio.
Professional and kind.
The only flaw, the practices individually last tens of minutes not to say hours, so if you go without an appointment you can wait in line for up to an hour only if you have a customer in front of you, as happened to me last week in the afternoon.
