Kindly asked to try on a garment, we were refused because there were boxes in the dressing rooms and the ladies had to do the inventory ... we went out without buying anything !! Congratulations!

Sono andata in negozio per avere un cambio, non avevo scontrino fiscale regalo. La commessa mi ha detto che forse la persona che ha fatto l'acquisto, aveva la tessera, ma io nn ricordavo il cognome per risalire all'acquisto .. così l'addetta alla vendita, in modo scortese non mi ha fatto il cambio... tra l'altro sulla nuova collezione, dicendo addirittura che il regalo non è stato preso in quel negozio . Il problema nn è stato neanche il cambio, ma l' atteggiamento della commessa . Morale della storia, dovrò solo cestinare il pantalone...! Unprofessional saleswoman. Sicuramente se avessi ancora bisogno andrò prima da loro!! They carry only their own brand clothing and do not resale other brands. The staff is friendly and helpful. It doesn't hurt that it's right in front of the entrance so you can get in and out fast.
