2 anni fa aperta una lista nascita, spesi non pochi soldi, ora che vogliamo chiuderla per avere il buono sconto che ci spetterebbe ci viene detto che, 1 sono passati 2anni le cose sono cambiate e perciò il buono non ci spetta più... 2 che hanno provato a contattarci, 2 volte in 2anni telefonicamente ma non abbiamo risposto... E dico, esistono email anche... Perciò loro si sono sentiti liberi di poterla chiudere e archiviarla.. facendo passare il fatto che non è mai stata utilizzata, quando non è assolutamente vero! Ripeto, sono stati spesi non pochi soldi.
Mi dispiace fare questa recensione, non è da me farne di negative perché non mi piace, ma non ho altra possibilità.

Bad experience ...
2 years ago a birth list opened, spent a lot of money, now that we want to close it to get the discount coupon we would be entitled to, we are told that, 1 2 years have passed, things have changed and therefore the coupon is no longer ours ... 2 who have tried to contact us, 2 times in 2 years by phone but we have not answered ... And I say, there are emails too ... So they felt free to be able to close and archive it .. letting go of the fact that it has never been used , when it is absolutely not true! I repeat, a lot of money has been spent.
I'm sorry to do this review, it's not like me to do negative ones because I don't like it, but I have no other choice.
