Ho chiesto la visita computerizzata gratuita sponsorizzata in vetrina, mi è stato chiesto di attendere qualche minuto ma ne sono passati oltre 10, vedevo clienti arrivati dopo essere serviti dall'altra commessa mentre quella che avrebbe dovuto farmi la visita parlava in modo confidenziale con un signore, ignorando me!!! Alla fine del dialogo molto intimo finito con baci, evidentemente la signorina dimenticandosi di me a servito altri clienti!!! Dopo aver visto questa scena ed io come un cretino al centro nel negozio ad aspettare, mene sono andato! Un Consiglio, prima di fare le Commesse, imparate a farle con Competenza!! Prima di fare il pagamento mi sono accorta che questa montatuda aveva tante macchie di grasso. Ho creduto che non ci fosse niente di grave, arrivata a casa li avrei lavati. A casa ho capito perchè mi hanno venduto la montatura sporca! Sotto queste tracce di grasso c’erano le macchie e graffiatine che non vanno via! Scarso mantenimento del prodotto! È imperdonabile! Soprattutto quando parliamo delle marche di questo livello. All’ Otticacenter Maida io non ci andro mai più! Ho la sensazione che ho comprato una montatura usata, di secondo mano. Spero che questo feedback sarà utile per qualcuno. State attenti a controllare ogni vostro acquisto, soprattuto se costa abbastanza caro. I bought eyeglasses with Tom Ford frames at Optics Center Maida and I was disappointed! Before making the payment, I realized that this montatuda had a lot of grease stains. I thought there was nothing serious, when I got home I would wash them. At home I understood why they sold me the dirty frame! Under these traces of grease there were stains and scratches that do not go away! Poor maintenance of the product! It is unforgivable! Especially when we talk about brands of this level. I'll never go to the Otticacenter Maida again! I have the feeling that I bought a used, second-hand frame. Hope this feedback will be useful for someone. Be careful to check your every purchase, especially if it is expensive enough.
c	carla salatiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa e amareggiata ero entrata per un paio di occhiali da vista mi hanno consegnato lenti in plastica senza evermi chiesto se preferivo lenti in vetro o infrangibili, ho pagato una bella cifra, a casa ho verificato lo sbaglio. Sono tornata da loro ,mi hanno detto c che le cambiavano in vetro siccome ho difetto visuale ho bisogno di lenti colorate.In pratica mi hanno preso ingiro specificando che il vetro il laboratorio non le colorano piu'.Dopo due mesi mi hanno ridate sempre gli stessi occhiali e non potevano piu' cambiarli poichè la garanzia era scaduta ,infine negli occhiali ha trovato un panno in microfibra sporco da vomitare.Non consiglierei a nessuno questo centro ottica. Disappointed and embittered, I went in for a pair of glasses eyeglasses they gave me plastic lenses without ever asking me if I preferred glass or unbreakable lenses, I paid a lot of money, at home I verified the mistake. I went back to them, they told me c that they changed them in glass since I have visual defect I need of colored lenses.In practice they took me around by specifying that the glass and the laboratory do not color them anymore. After two months they have me always give the same glasses back and they could no longer change them because of the guarantee it had expired, and finally found a dirty microfiber cloth in the glasses I would not recommend this optical center to anyone.
D	Davide Sacco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottimo servizio, molto professionale, sono andato a fare la visita sabato e martedì (oggi) ho già gli occhiali pronti. oltretutto una vasta scelta di montature e lenti con vari paramentri per esempio filtro luce blu ecc. great service, very professional, i went to visit on saturday and tuesday (today) i already have the glasses ready. plus a wide choice of frames and lenses with various parameters for example blue light filter etc.

Bravi bravi bravi! I replaced both normal and colored prescription lenses and I was really impressed by the kindness, competence and professionalism of the guys who work there. Good good good!
