Mi reco oggi dopo svariate chiamate senza risposta,il pc non era pronto,dicono che effettuano il lavoro in serata,mi chiamano dicendo che c’è da sostituire hard disk,cosa che non mi era stata detta quando ho lasciato il pc
Servizio clienti pessimo e non aggiungo altro
Brought pc day for problems, they tell me that it only takes one update, delivery May 19th.
I go today after several unanswered calls, the PC was not ready, they say they do the work in the evening, they call me saying that there is a hard disk to replace, which I was not told when I left the PC
Bad customer service and I don't add anything else
