Migliorerei soltanto la musica in sala intorno all'ora di pranzo, preferendola con musica che dia più adrenalina. Per il resto tutto ok! Maximum cleanliness and professionalism. The gem is the sauna in the changing room, alternating weekly with the Turkish bath. I would only improve the music in the room around lunchtime, preferring it with music that gives more adrenaline. For the rest everything is ok!

Impossibile non essere presenti il giovedi sera. New and well-kept gym, I highly recommend the Fit-Boxing course and it's amazing with really good instructors. Impossible not to be present on Thursday evening.

Lo staff è gentile ed ospitale e dopo pochissimo tempo ti senti già perfettamente a tuo agio (a partire dalla receptionist al proprietario). La consiglio vivamente! Perfectly equipped gym and carefully tidy and clean environment, even in the changing rooms! The staff is kind and hospitable and after a very short time you already feel perfectly at ease (starting from the receptionist to the owner). I highly recommend it!

Palestra attrezzatissima, attrezzature sempre funzionanti, corsi fantastici e istruttori qualificati e professionali. Dopo solo un anno di palestra mi sento di dire "non voglio andar mai via". Un ambiente dall'aria familiare che ti permette di stringere amicizia, divertirti e allenarti allo stesso tempo. Gentilezza e professionalità sono le parole d'ordine di questa palestra, dalla receptionist fino agli istruttori. CONSIGLIATISSIMA One of the best gyms I've been to, from south to north. Fully equipped gym, always working equipment, fantastic courses and qualified and professional instructors. After only a year in the gym I feel like saying "I never want to leave". A familiar atmosphere that allows you to make friends, have fun and train at the same time. Kindness and professionalism are the watchwords of this gym, from the receptionist to the instructors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Personale giovane e sempre disponibile, vari tipi di abbonamenti anche costruiti in base agli orari a disposizione della persona (io ho solo la pausa pranzo disponibile e ho un abbonamento apposta). Consigliata! well equipped gym, always clean (which is not for everyone) and with sauna and turkish bath alternating week by week. Young and always available staff, various types of subscriptions also built according to the hours available to the person (I only have a lunch break available and I have a subscription on purpose). Recommended!
