Il prezzo è secondo me eccessivo, ma comunque nella media rispetto alle palestre della zona. Avrebbe bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione strutturale, ma dispone di sala cardio e sala pesi ben attrezzate, 2 sale x i corsi, 2 spogliatoi femminili di cui uno con sauna interna, 2 spogliatoi maschili, area termale con piscina x i corsi, sauna, idromassaggio e spogliatoio dedicato. I personal trainer sono preparati, seguono i clienti e preparano schede di allenamento personalizzate che rivedono periodicamente senza costi aggiuntivi. It needs some structural renovation, but has a well-equipped cardio room and weight room, 2 xi course rooms, 2 women's changing rooms, one with indoor sauna, 2 men's changing rooms, spa area with xi course pool, sauna, whirlpool and dedicated changing room . Personal trainers are trained, follow up with clients and prepare personalized training cards which they periodically review at no additional cost.

Anche gli istruttori sono sempre presenti e preparati. Le note dolenti sono il prezzo eccessivo e la scomodità per il parcheggio. Clean gym with ample space for courses and an excellent fitness room with numerous tapisroulants. The weight room is a bit smaller but still valid. Even the instructors are always present and prepared. The sore points are the excessive price and the inconvenience for parking.

Il centro è grande, su 2 piani, con area benessere, ben strutturato, non manca nulla. Buona la pulizia e illuminazione. Peraltro provvisto di un comodo parcheggio. Le persone mi sono sembrate da subito molto competenti oltre che simpatiche. Grazie all'entusiasmo contagioso della persona che mi ha presentato la palestra, mi sono iscritta ad Aprile 2018 con durata annuale per programma di potenziamento muscolare 3 volte la settimana di mattina. Peccato solo che dopo 4 mesi stavo gettando la spugna a causa di un istruttore indisponente che non aveva capito bene le mie esigenze e possibilità. Anzi, sembrava che si sforzasse a rendermi impossibile qualsiasi esercizio e anziché stimolarmi mi disincentivava. Quindi ho iniziato a saltare i giorni e le settimane. Poi per fortuna a gennaio 2019 sono tornata e ho scoperto con piacere che hanno riorganizzato lo staff e il recente incontro con Andrea mi ha dato l'input per tornare a frequentare. Grazie Andrea!!! Too bad that after 4 months I was throwing in the towel because of an unaware instructor who did not understand my needs and possibilities. On the contrary, it seemed as if he was trying hard to make any exercise impossible, and instead of stimulating me, he discouraged me. So I started skipping days and weeks. Then luckily in January 2019 I came back and I found out with pleasure that they reorganized the staff and the recent meeting with Andrea gave me the input to go back to attending. Thanks Andrea!!!
