E' l'unica palestra che è in grado di offrire la possibilità di apprendere il JKD in diretta discendenza dal suo fondatore, Sijo Bruce Lee. Il programma di JKD è davvero ampio e ogni anno, come vuole la filosofia del suo fondatore, viene integrato con elementi nuovi ed efficaci. Ci sono poi anche tutti gli altri corsi, un'offerta talmente vasta che in pochi a Milano possono vantare, anzi potrei dire nessuno per quanto di mia conoscenza. Oltre al bagaglio tecnico degli istruttori bisogna anche considerare l'attrezzatura professionale a disposizione e lo spazio disponibile. La palestra ha infatti di recente più che raddoppiato la superficie disponibile, dotandosi anche di un ring regolamentare. Se si è appassionati di Arti Marziali, o se semplicemente si vuole entrare in contatto con esse, la Bono Academy è la scuola ideale. I have been attending the Bono Academy for 10 years and in all this time I have always found something new and stimulating to learn and practice. It is the only gym that is able to offer the possibility of learning JKD in direct descent from its founder, Sijo Bruce Lee. The JKD program is truly extensive and every year, as the philosophy of its founder wants, it is integrated with new and effective elements. Then there are also all the other courses, an offer so vast that few in Milan can boast, indeed I could say none as far as I know. In addition to the technical background of the instructors, it is also necessary to consider the professional equipment available and the space available. The gym has in fact recently more than doubled the available surface, also having a regulatory ring. If you are passionate about Martial Arts, or if you simply want to get in touch with them, the Bono Academy is the ideal school.

Mi ha portato un amico che aveva frequentato il corso di JKD con Sifu Bonomelli qualche secolo prima. Io non ho mai praticato arti marziali. Mi ero sempre detta: non fanno per me! Nel mese di agosto (tutti gli anni) si possono tutte frequentare tutte le discipline. Ne ho approfittato e le ho provate tutte. Ho cominciato con il corso di Hardened Target, quello che sentivo più mio. Poi ho aggiunto la Boxe, poi ho aggiunto JKD e per ultima la Kick Boxing. Istrutturi preparati, professionali e aperti al dialogo e alle novità. I corsi di difesa personale, brutto da dire, si devono adeguare a come cambia la violenza nel mondo reale. E la Bono lo fa! 5 anni di Hardened Target e mai un anno uguale. Grazie a tutti, di cuore! Anche per lo sforzo fatto per mantenere alto il livello dei corsi durante il brutto periodo del COVID-19 I happened to Bono by accident, 5 years ago, in August. It was the only gym open in that month. A friend who had attended the JKD course with Sifu Bonomelli a few centuries earlier brought me. I have never practiced martial arts. I always said to myself: they are not for me! In August (all years) you can all attend all disciplines. I took advantage of it and tried them all. I started with the Hardened Target course, the one that felt most mine. Then I added Boxing, then I added JKD and lastly Kick Boxing. Instructors prepared, professional and open to dialogue and news. Bad self-defense courses have to adapt to how violence changes in the real world. And Bono does it! 5 years of Hardened Target and never the same year. Thank you all, heartily! Frequento solo da un anno ma finora è stata una bellissima esperienza sportiva che mi ha fatto crescere anche a livello personale. Non ringrazierò mai abbastanza il caso/fortuna di essere capitato in questa ambiente sportivo. Mi sento per questo di consigliarla caldamente a chi non la conosce ancora. Very competent staff and instructors, available and prepared. The gym is well equipped clean and always in order. I have only been going for a year but so far it has been a wonderful sporting experience that has also made me grow personally. I can never thank the chance / luck enough to have happened in this sporting environment. For this reason, I feel that I strongly recommend it to those who do not yet know it.

Sifu Bonomelli’s professionalism is impressive and was teaching me new methods and techniques which are very helpful both in the ring and on the street. The modern "state of the art" facility is equipped with everything necessary for training everyone from Little Dragons, children and teens, people interested in fitness or practical personal protection, to the serious practitioners in competitive Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and more. Art, sport, competitive, and combat training in the Indonesian, Filipino and other arts include JKD, Kali, Silat, and Thai Boxing, along with effective Personal Protection and training for Private Security and Law Enforcement Officers are all offered and professionally taught. This is not a place where you'll learn whatever the Instructor feels like teaching in that class. All courses are curriculum based and taught by experienced Instructors trained to teach those classes. These include the Difesa Donna course, developed by the Director of the Academy Roberto Bonomelli, himself one of the early martial arts pioneers in Italy. Bono Academy is a clean and beautiful facility, welcoming and family oriented, professionally run by an experienced and caring staff. We visit there often, looking forward to each trip.
