Good family run gym. Adequately equipped, on four levels. Competent and helpful trainers. Reasonable prices. Good opening hours which currently do not include Sundays. There are many courses available. Availability of on-site medical examination.

Prezzi onesti, servizi ottimi, ti seguono durante le attività senza mai farti sentire "inadeguato" anche se inizi da 0 come la sottoscritta. L'ambiente è pulito e le attrezzature nuove. Esattamente nel centro di Sesto, per cui comoda da raggiungere con annessa passeggiata. 5 stelle meritate!
Professional, courteous, family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Honest prices, excellent services, they follow you during the activities without ever making you feel "inadequate" even if you start from 0 like myself. The environment is clean and the equipment is new. Exactly in the center of Sesto, so it is easy to reach with an adjoining promenade. 5 stars you deserve!

Disponibili corsi extra inclusi nel mensile (io ho provato fitbox, insegnante top).
Il personale fa davvero la differenza: sempre gentile, accogliente e disponibile.
Probabilmente la migliore palestra a sesto città.
Small, but with all the tools and machines needed to train every part of the body.
Available extra courses included in the monthly (I tried fitbox, top teacher).
The staff really makes a difference: always polite, welcoming and helpful.
Probably the best gym in sixth town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avere una palestra al centro di Sesto con tutte le comodità è un vantaggio straordinario. Se poi anche l'ambiente è positivo è ancora meglio. Si lavora benissimo, è comoda e la consiglierei a chiunque desiderasse allenarsi in comodità senza doversi spostare dal centro.
Having a gym in the center of Sesto with all the comforts is an extraordinary advantage. And if the environment is also positive it is even better. It works great, it is comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to train in comfort without having to move from the center.
