Con tantissimi corsi e una zona relax molto bella con sauna, bagno turco e docce tropicali.
All'ultimo piano c'è la piscina con un terrazzo fornito di sdraio per prendere il sole !!

With many courses and a very nice relaxation area with sauna, turkish bath and tropical showers.
On the top floor there is the swimming pool with a terrace equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, se volete un consiglio ISCRIVETEVI!!!! Palestra molto accogliente e pulita , personale qualificato è disponibile molto simpatici . Spiegano molto bene come fare gli esercizi ( soprattutto per chi come me a appena incominciato) . La miglior palestra di Sesto San Giovanni.

Hello, if you want advice, SIGN UP !!!! Very cozy and clean gym, qualified staff is available very nice. They explain very well how to do the exercises (especially for those like me who have just started). The best gym in Sesto San Giovanni.

Vasca didattica per i bimbi piccoli molto bella e con vista panoramica dalla terrazza.
Ascensore interno che conduce agli spogliatoio, ed ai piani sopraelevati compreso ingresso diretto in vasca. Spogliatoi ben curati e puliti con docce moderne, e area bimbi con fasciatoi, con collegato ingresso all'area venere dove vengono svolte diverse attività. A disposizione phon.

Very nice educational pool for small children with a panoramic view from the terrace.
Internal lift that leads to the changing room, and to the upper floors including direct access to the pool. Well-kept and clean changing rooms with modern showers, and a children's area with changing tables, with a connected entrance to the Venus area where various activities are carried out. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra disposta su più piani dove si trovano 2 sale corsi, una sala pesi, uno spazio con cyclette, una sala dedicata ai corsi di cross fit, una piscina non molto grande ma dove si svolgono corsi di acqua gym e corsi di nuoto per bambini, un solarium e dagli spogliatoi si accede alla zona thermarium dove si trova una sauna un bagno turco e una doccia tropicale. Gli istruttori sono tutti competenti e lo staff è familiare e sempre disponibile. Durante la pandemia non ci hanno mai abbandonati regalandoci corsi quotidiani in zoom e appena è stato possibile anche in cortile e questa è una nota di merito non da poco che dimostra la passione con cui svolgono il proprio lavoro. Consigliatissima!!
Gym on several floors where there are 2 training rooms, a weight room, a space with an exercise bike, a room dedicated to cross fit courses, a swimming pool not very large but where water aerobics and swimming courses for children are held, a solarium and from the changing rooms you can access the thermarium area where there is a sauna, a Turkish bath and a tropical shower. The instructors are all competent and the staff are familiar and always available. During the pandemic they never abandoned us, giving us daily courses in zoom and as soon as it was possible even in the courtyard and this is a remarkable note that demonstrates the passion with which they carry out their work. Highly recommended !!
