★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'ho scoperta per caso, nel vero senso della parola. MI sono fatto avanti e sono andato a conoscerli di persona.
La palestra è di misura contenuta, ma pratica e funzionale. ci sono tutti gli attrezzi che servono macchinari technogym, manubri ed una sala corsi ben fornita. Ci si può allenare bene ed in tutta tranquillità e sicurezza!!!

The gym is small in size, but practical and functional. there are all the tools that serve technogym machines, dumbbells and a well-stocked training room. You can train well and in complete tranquility and safety !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai trovata così bene in palestra come in Fit4Wellness. Dagli spazi alle persone e sopratutto agli istruttori..tutti tutti tutti molto professionali e sempre disponibili. Una gran bella squadra....una grande famiglia!
Never found so good in the gym as in Fit4Wellness. From the spaces to the people and above all to the instructors… all all very professional and always available. A great team .... a great family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra con istruttori sempre pronti a correggere i tuoi difetti di esecuzione dei vari esercizi e con un ampio ventaglio di corsi (Military, postural...etc). Il tutto contornato da un'ottima organizzazione e un igiene delle sale e degli spogliatoi praticamente impeccabili! La frequento ormai da più di due anni e credo che continuerò ancora per molto.
Excellent gym with instructors always ready to correct your defects in the execution of the various exercises and with a wide range of courses (Military, postural ... etc). All surrounded by excellent organization and practically impeccable hygiene in the halls and changing rooms! I have been attending her for more than two years now and I think I will continue for a long time.

Gli istruttori sono molto preparati e pronti a consigliarti e a correggere l'esecuzione dei vari esercizi.
Altro aspetto molto importante riguarda la scheda compresa nell'abbonamento (anche i futuri aggiornamenti) e personalizzata sulle tue esigenze/obiettivi.
Sono molto felice di frequentare questa palestra e sicuramente continuerò ad iscrivermi ed allenarmi qui.
In my life I have been to various gyms but I have never really felt like being followed at Fit4wellness.
The instructors are very prepared and ready to advise you and correct the execution of the various exercises.
Another very important aspect concerns the card included in the subscription (including future updates) and customized to your needs / objectives.
I am very happy to be attending this gym and will certainly continue to sign up and train here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ottima con istruttori super competenti. Ottimo prezzo. Consiglio se vuoi evitare la ressa delle classifiche palestre low cost dove bisogna aspettare molto tempo per avere attrezzi liberi.
Great gym with super knowledgeable instructors. Great price. I recommend if you want to avoid the crowds of low cost gym rankings where you have to wait a long time to get free tools.

Ho ricevuto fin dall'inizio indicazioni per migliorare passo dopo passo in base a quelli che sono i miei punti deboli.
Gli istruttori sono molto preparati e professionali, sempre pronti a dare consigli utili per indurti a migliorare l'esecuzione degli esercizi.
Assolutamente consigliata nel caso vogliate un percorso personalizzato che si focalizzi sui vostri obiettivi.
Inoltre nell'abbonamento è compreso il cambio scheda ogni mese.
L'ambiente è familiare e ti porta a sentirti sempre a tuo agio.
