★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura non è delle migliori, nel settore alberghiero ci sono i muri in carton gesso pieni di buchi e spaccature e le sedie sono quelle verdi di plastica della chicco.
Penso anche che dovrebbero far fare agli studenti di più le cose (ad esempio i piatti alla lampada farli fare almeno due/tre volte ad ogni studente in modo che possa imparare bene e non arrivare all'esame rischiando che alla prova esca proprio quello e non sia capace). Oltretutto quando fanno fare le prove di sala ad esempio le tecniche di servizio tagliano le patate crude oppure il riso crudo e poi lo buttano via quando si potrebbe riutilizzare senza sprecarlo. Inoltre io sono vegana e non mi permettevano di esprimerlo nel migliore dei modi, trattandomi spesso in modo diverso dagli altri.
Basterebbe pensare che anche su Facebook i professori che hanno accettato altri miei compagni nelle amicizie a me invece non l'abbiano fatto e dalla foto e dal fatto che ho indicato che ho frequentato questa scuola possono vedere che sono io. Non mi sembra un trattamento equo.
Penso per il resto credo che un minimo di base per il mondo del lavoro anche riguardo gli stage la diano.
