N	Nikita Paderni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra per allenarsi anche se si è principianti oppure se non ci si allena da un po', il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti, anche i personal trainer che lavorano in palestra sono sempre pronti a chiarire qualsiasi dubbio e consigliarti, come rapporto qualità e prezzo direi eccellente! Poi se si è esperti si hanno tutti i confort che vanno incontro a qualsiasi esigenza dai più esperti ai principianti e poi hanno tanti corsi interessanti mai visti in altre palestre! Quindi se magari non sai bene usare gli attrezzi ma vuoi allenarti ci sono tanti bei corsi con personale specializzato pronto a seguirti con pazienza e precisione! Poi spesso fanno offerte per pagare pochissimo! Quindi ve lo consiglio! Se siete nella zona entrate senza timore a chiedere info senza impegno! Io sono super soddisfatta, abbinando una dieta sana all'allenamento in fit active sono riuscita a perdere 16 kg in 1 mese anche grazie ai consigli dei personal trainer! O	Ornella Falgari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto domenica 13 febbraio la mattinata di prova .Attrezzatissima pulitissima e molto funzionale .Io non abito in zone limitrofe ma sicuramente sarà il mio prossimo obiettivo iscrivermi per rimettermi in Formissima e perché no ....conoscere altra gente che condivide la mia stessa passione....allenarsi e staccare la spina.Assolutamente obbligatorio iscriversi. Ci sono molti corsi a varie ore durante la giornata con personale più che Preparato pronto a preparare per ciascuno il proprio obiettivo e allenamento per aver una perfetta forma e benessere. I did a test morning on Sunday 13 February. Fully equipped, very clean and very functional. I don't live in neighboring areas but it will certainly be my next goal to sign up to get back into Formissima and why not ... meet other people who share my same passion .... train and switch off.Absolutely mandatory to register. There are many courses at various hours during the day with more than trained staff ready to prepare for each their own goal and training to have a perfect shape and well-being.

Ho trovato una palestra con macchine molto buone, personale sempre disponibile, varietà di corsi. c'erano alcuni problemi con l'acqua calda e il riscaldamento che sono stati felicemente risolti. Buona qualità e prezzo. I signed up in October and I can say that I am very happy with my choice. I found a gym with very good machines, always helpful staff, variety of courses. there were some problems with the hot water and heating which were happily resolved. Good quality and price.

Il personale ed in particolare le ragazze della reception sono disponibili e affabili oltre che praticamente sempre presenti. Grazie all'apertura h24 non è neanche così affollata tranne che nelle ore di punta. Consiglio a tutti di iscriversi, ne vale la pena :) The gym is colorful and welcoming, with new and cutting-edge equipment. The staff and in particular the girls at the reception are helpful and friendly as well as practically always present. Thanks to the 24-hour opening, it is not even that crowded except during peak hours. I recommend everyone to sign up, it's worth it :)
