La dieta viene studiata apposta in base alle proprie esigenze (io ad esempio seguo una dieta principalmente vegetariana). Anche la scheda di allenamento viene creata apposta in base alle proprie esigenze e struttura fisica. I check di controllo vengono effettuati ogni 3 settimane e i pt sono sempre disponibili e preparati. Per quanto riguarda i costi sono assolutamente sostenibili, io ho fatto un abbonamento annuale con pagamento a rate mensili e mi trovo molto bene.
