Ho effettuato un ordine online nella serata di mercoledì 22 aprile e questo è stato consegnato nella tarda mattinata di venerdì 24 aprile in un paese di montagna della provincia di Brescia... alla faccia di quelli che si coprono dietro la scusa dell'emergenza sanitaria per giustificare il fatto che si prendono i soldi e non spediscono o spediscono con colpevole ritardo!! Non li conoscevo, mi sono fidato e ho fatto bene. Una doverosa considerazione sui prezzi: ho acquistato dei fermenti lattici che avevano un prezzo inferiore di circa il 50% rispetto al prezzo di listino. Lo sconto non era comunque a discapito della freschezza poiché la scadenza è 9/22 e quindi circa 2 anni e mezzo da oggi. Insieme a questi ho ordinato una crema che, in tutta franchezza, aveva un costo superiore di circa 4.50 euro rispetto ad altre farmacie online e che ho aggiunto solo per arrivare alla spedizione gratuita, compensando di fatto lo svantaggio del prezzo più alto. I prodotti sono arrivati insieme allo scontrino fiscale debitamente allegato alla copia dell'ordine e con un imballaggio perfetto, tale da non rovinarne il contenuto. Per chi ha bisogno di ricevere i prodotti prima possibile, ad un prezzo assolutamente competitivo, consiglio assolutamente questa farmacia online! The review refers to an online purchase. A marzo ho ricevuto un prodotto non conforme alla foto, confermato da loro via mail di risposta, e nonostante ciò NON hanno voluto sostituirmelo con prodotto di uguale descrizione presente ancora dopo settimane nella loro lista nemmeno accettando di pagare la differenza. Dopo aver segnalato il tutto a PayPal hanno accettato di rimborsarmi l'articolo errato (€ 11,52), ma sulla risposta alla mia recensione sul sito "recensioni-Feedaty" hanno scritto una falsa dichiarazione nella risposta, cioè che mi stavano rimborsando il "totale" (€ 61,26). Gliel'ho fatto notare da settimane via email e suggerito di modificare, in quanto falso, sia a loro che al sito "Feedaty", ma al momento, a tutt'oggi, nella risposta alla mia recensione c'è ancora scritto: "Gentilissimo cliente , come da mail intercorse , ritireremo il prodotto non conforme per un errore e le rimborseremo il totale". Ho ricevuto gli 11,52 euro, ma sarebbe corretto e carino che lo correggessero nella risposta della recensione e che diventassero più cortesi e coerenti per i loro futuri acquirenti.
