I do karate, the teacher is unique and the group is very cohesive, of all ages from children to adults.

I'm 81 years old and I've been going to the gym for a few years now, and I'm very well in fact going 6 days a week. Great staff that makes you feel at home even with the ladies of the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra direi a "gestione familiare" nel senso migliore del termine... Ambiente tranquillo, personale ed istruttori cortesi, sempre disponibili e soprattutto preparati per qualsiasi dubbio di carattere tecnico/pratico sulle modalità di esecuzione degli esercizi.
Non ho ancora frequentato corsi ma vedendoli da fuori direi che sono ottimamente gestiti ☺️
C'è anche l'area wellness anche se ora è inutilizzabile per le restrizioni Covid.
Gym I would say "family management" in the best sense of the word ... Peaceful environment, courteous staff and instructors, always available and above all prepared for any technical / practical doubt on how to perform the exercises.
I have not attended courses yet but seeing them from the outside I would say that they are well managed ☺️
There is also the wellness area even if it is now unusable due to Covid restrictions.
