Purtroppo merita una precisazione: se si va per partecipare ai corsi crossfit penso sia una delle eccellenze bergamasche per spazi e proposte corsi; se si va semplicemente per il fitness personale, lo spazio molto ridotto e i pochi macchinari disponibili non sono di grande aiuto.
Nice gym and nice staff. Unfortunately it deserves a clarification: if you go to participate in crossfit courses I think it is one of Bergamo's excellences for spaces and course proposals; if you simply go for personal fitness, the very small space and the few machines available are not very helpful.

Spogliatoio con armadi con possibilità di chiuderli con un lucchetto personale. Se non erro c'è la possibilità di avere un personal trainer . Offrono vari corsi. Gode di un ampio parcheggio.

Dressing room with wardrobes with the possibility of closing them with a personal lock. If I'm not mistaken there is the possibility of having a personal trainer. They offer various courses. It enjoys a large parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a CrossFit box to drop-in when in Bergamo, don’t bother trying this one. Even for a single entrance/drop in they require you to pay a joining membership fee (on top of the drop in fee) and require a medical certificate from an Italian doctor confirming you are fit for exercise despite being a CrossFit member in another CrossFit affiliate gym. Never heard anything like this at any of the CrossFit box I have dropped in over the years around the world!
