★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato cliente sportpiù per più di 2 anni e mi sono sempre trovato bene. L'ambiente è piacevole, il personale qualificato e sempre disponibile. Nel mondo delle palestre low cost sportpiù è un lusso per pochi, questo spiega la clientela altamente selezionata. Il parco esterno aperto d'estate è un vero e proprio parco acquatico aperto anche ai non soci. Tuttavia questa bellezza non è ripagata da una politica gestionale di abbonamenti e fidelizzazione del cliente all'altezza dei servizi offerti. Un vero peccato.
 I have been a sport customer for over 2 years and have always enjoyed myself. The environment is pleasant, the qualified staff is always available. In the world of low cost sports gyms it is a luxury for the few, this explains the highly selected clientele. The outdoor park open in summer is a real water park also open to non-members. However this beauty is not repaid by a management policy of subscriptions and customer loyalty to the level of the services offered. Such a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per anni socia Sportpiú presso i centri di Bergamo. Questa è una struttura splendida in bellissima location. Come sempre di ottima qualità, caratteristica principale del gruppo Sportpiú. Purtroppo però nel centro di Cenate ho dovuto constatare poca disponibilità nei miei confronti. A seguito di proposta ricevuta via mail, nel mese di Giugno 2021 ho acquistato 2 cachet ognuno da 10 ingressi, alla piscina esterna per me e mio marito, da utilizzare entro due mesi. Per problemi di lavoro e salute abbiamo potuto sfruttarli poco. Ho quindi chiesto cortesemente la possibilità di prolungare la scadenza di qualche settimana, in modo da non perdere il costo. Al telefono la ragazza della reception mi ha risposto che assolutamente le tempistiche sono ben precise e che quando avevo acquistato i cachet sapevo benissimo della scadenza. Speravo in una maggiore disponibilità, soprattutto visto il periodo difficile per tutti .

Unfortunately, however, in the center of Cenate I had to see little availability towards me. Following a proposal received via email, in June 2021 I purchased 2 cachets each with 10 entrances, to the outdoor pool for my husband and me, to be used within two months. Due to work and health problems we have been able to exploit them little. I therefore kindly asked for the possibility of extending the deadline by a few weeks, so as not to lose the cost. On the phone the reception girl replied that the timing is absolutely precise and that when I bought the cachet I knew very well the deadline. I was hoping for greater availability, especially given the difficult period for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro fitness situato in zona molto bella, curato nei dettagli, forse troppo "Fighetto" per i miei gusti, ma sono gusti soggettivi.
Acquistato un carnet da 10 ingressi per la piscina outdoor, ho se fosse possibile portarsi un panino per pranzo e la risposta è stata molto secca e scortese; questo è un club, quindi si deve mangiare al bar del club.. se no dovete uscire a mangiare (nel parcheggio in macchina ad esempio) e poi rientrare...
Beh così ho fatto, ma quando sono rientrato vedevo signore di tutte le età mangiarsi bellamente il loro pranzo al sacco direttamente sul lettino.. gruppi di ragazzi banchettare senza alcun problema.
Per educazione, la prossima volta non chiederò nulla e mi adeguerò di conseguenza.
Ah, su 10 ingressi ho potuto usufruirne solo 5 causa lavoro e maltempo.. ho chiesto se fosse possibile allungare il periodo per poter sfruttare il costoso carnet... Ma nulla: "i tempi sono ben chiari e lo sapeva dall'inizio". Sempre con la solita educazione e sorriso mancato.
Ovviamente non consiglierei MAI a nessuno questo centro.
Fitness center located in a very nice area, with attention to detail, perhaps too "cool" for my tastes, but they are subjective tastes.
I bought a 10-entry booklet for the outdoor pool, if it was possible to bring a sandwich for lunch and the answer was very dry and rude; this is a club, so you have to eat at the club bar .. if not you have to go out to eat (in the car park for example) and then come back ...
Well so I did, but when I returned I saw ladies of all ages beautifully eating their packed lunch directly on the sunbed .. groups of kids feasting without any problem.
Out of politeness, next time I will not ask for anything and I will adapt accordingly.
Ah, out of 10 entrances I was able to use only 5 due to work and bad weather .. I asked if it was possible to extend the period to take advantage of the expensive carnet ... But nothing: "the times are clear and he knew it from the beginning". Always with the usual education and missed smile.
Obviously I would NEVER recommend this center to anyone.
