Nel giro di una sera siamo stati avvisati che la nostra palestra sarebbe non sarebbe più stata operativa, trasferendoci tutti in massa in un altro centro, che, diciamocelo, non è un granché. L'unico aspetto positivo di questa storia è che sicuramente avranno una perdita significativa di clienti. Non potete permettervi di trattare con questa meschinità chi vi mantiene. Vorrei anche sottolineare come tra i commenti negativi degli utenti indignati compaiano anche commenti positivi chiaramente contraffatti, di persone che elogiano una palestra chiusa da una settimana, ringraziando per l'opportunità di andare andare ad allenarsi negli allegati centro, ad ogni modo questo damage control servirà a poco. Inoltre trovo meschina la giustificazione del "non è stato possibile avvisare prima". Chiaramente la decisione non è stata presa dal giorno alla notte. Nel mentre sfrutterò il mio abbonamento negli altri centri HutFit sempre al top. ?? Unique experience in Hutfit Bergamo, I have always felt at home :) Company attentive to the needs of us customers, so much so that the closure is given to reopen larger and newer. In the meantime I will use my subscription in the other HutFit centers always at the top. ??

Di questi giorni tuttavia è la decisione di spostare la sede in Via Borgo Palazzo, cosa che personalmente complica la vita non poco, avendo scelto questa palestra anche per la vicinanza a casa che permetteva di arrivarci in bicicletta o addirittura a piedi. Il vero problema comunque non è la decisione di spostarsi, che per quanto discutibile rimane legittima, la cosa veramente inaccettabile è lo zero preavviso (comunicazione arrivata il giorno stesso della chiusura della sede in via Correnti). Questo tipo di manovre non si decidono dall'oggi al domani, una comunicazione del genere dovrebbe arrivare, come minimo, settimane prima della chiusura, magari garantendo alla clientela pagante anche un periodo di transizione. L'ho trovata una discreta mancanza di rispetto, sia nei confronti di chi, come me, ha appena iniziato a frequentare che già si becca questa bella sorpresa, sia soprattutto nei confronti della clientela storica. M	Marino Perico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beffato da un messaggio! inizio questa recensione premettendo che non è mia abitudine pubblicare recensioni su Google, detto questo credo si corretto per me e per tutte quelle persone che non hanno ancora manifestato il proprio dissenso nei confronti di una "società" che ha sempre elogiato i propri meriti professionali e poi a conti fatti ha dimostrato di essere assolutamente poco seria nei confronti dei propri iscritti. Entro nel merito, in data 01/04/22 ho ricevuto (come centinaia di persone) dalla "Direzione HUTFIT" una Mail/SMS dove veniva comunicato che dal giorno successivo 02/04/22 la sede di Bergamo avrebbe chiuso definitivamente! e l'alternativa era spostarsi presso un'altra Palestra di Bergamo FIT624. Premetto che a gennaio 2022 io con la mia famiglia (4 persone) ci siamo iscritte stipulando un abbonamento Gold/Family con un costo di €780,00!!! Mi sarei aspettato che una società corretta in fase di iscrizione avrebbe comunicato che entro poco tempo avrebbero spostato la sede di Bergamo, e io avrei fatto le mie scelte. So che ci sono famiglie che hanno stipulato lo stesso abbonamento SETTIMANA SCORSA e a queste stesse persone NON è stato comunicato nulla!!! Ovviamente, per il mio interesse mi tutelerò presso le associazioni dei consumatori e sarà mio interesse chiedere i danni. Mocked by a message! I state that in January 2022 I and my family (4 people) signed up by taking out a Gold / Family subscription with a cost of € 780.00 !!! I would have expected that a correct company in the registration phase would have communicated that within a short time they would have moved the Bergamo office, and I would have made my choices. I know that there are families who have taken out the same subscription LAST WEEK and these same people have NOT been communicated anything !!! Obviously, for my own interest I will protect myself with consumer associations and it will be my interest to ask for damages.

Ora vorrei fare una sola domanda a cui sarebbe gradita una risposta precisa: dato che le alternative che proponete non sono soddisfacenti, come facciamo ad avere il rimborso dei mesi che non sfrutteremo? Non rispondetemi che ci state chiamando uno per uno perché a questo punto delle vostre parole non mi fido più, nessuno mi garantisce che lo stiate davvero facendo. Dalla sera alla mattina, tramite una mail ed un messaggio WhatsApp, ci hanno detto che la palestra avrebbe chiuso. C'è una convenzione con un'altra palestra, ma sarà il delirio, per non parlare dei parcheggi. Non credo sia una decisione presa in due ore, ma ben pensata. Quindi avevano molto tempo per avvisarci. Sono stati veramente pessimi. Qui sicuramente i miei commenti non potranno essere cancellati, a differenza dei social, dove hanno fatto presto a fare sparire i commenti negativi. I am sorry. Quando hanno riaperto ho chiesto come poterli recuperare e, confermando quanto già scritto da altre persone, l’unico modo è fare un nuovo abbonamento: una parte viene riconosciuta abbuonando il costo di iscrizione ed il resto trasformato in un voucher per allenarsi con il loro personal trainer. Diciamo che nella situazione di difficoltà cercano di salvare capra e cavoli. Però certamente la soluzione tende a privilegiare loro e non il cliente. Comunque la palestra nel globale mi è piaciuta, a parte alcuni orari di troppo affollamento.
