F	Federica Mani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi siamo stati a chiedere come utilizzare l'abbonamento fatto e pagato (199€) da mio marito nel 2020, valido da novembre 2020 a novembre 2021 e ovviamente mai utilizzato finora. L'anno scorso nonostante il lockdown abbiamo deciso di rinnovarlo, quindi ci erano stati dati i 3/4 mesi in cui erano stati chiusi nel lockdown 2020 e abbiamo fatto il nuovo abbonamento, ripeto: mai utilizzato. Quest'anno la regola è diversa, quindi c'è il voucher: ora puoi solo usufruire dei 5 mesi rimasti (anche se ne hai pagati 12!!). Quindi puoi fare un nuovo abbonamento annuale ovviamente per un prezzo molto maggiore di prima (tipo 340€) dal quale puoi scalare il tuo voucher di 114€. Oppure ogni mese costa 80€(!!). Inoltre essendo scaduta la memership devi pagare 50€. Visto che il voucher sarebbe stato 114€ ho chiesto di poterlo utilizzare per la memership, ovviamente no. Morale della favola se mio marito vorrà andare per i prossimi 5 mesi che gli spettano, dovrà pagare altri 50€, tutto questo con i 199€ che hanno già in tasca dall'anno scorso. Che dire: godetevi i nostri 199€ a gratis!!! L	Luigina Gorla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte due mail inviate a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta, passo ieri per avere informazioni e trovo una ragazzina svogliata che alla mia richiesta di quali servizi la palestra offre si limita a indicarmi su un listino "questo,questo questo..." . Penso che in un momento così delicato per ogni cliente che chiede informazioni ed è interessato al tuo servizio/prodotto o che come me voleva addirittura fare un abbonamento annuale, una coccola in più sia d'obbligo. È un peccato che all'accoglienza ci sia personale così poco empatico e svogliato che mi ha fatto proprio venire voglia di uscire. Tra l'altro sul sito è chiaramente indicata la possibilità di pagare con addebito diretto in massimo 10 rate mentre invece nel centro ti dicono che puoi pagare o subito o massimo in due tranche. SCONSIGLIATA Apart from two emails sent to which I have never received an answer, I come by yesterday to get information and I find a listless girl who, when I ask about what services the gym offers, simply indicates "this, this this ..." on a price list. I think that in such a delicate moment for every customer who asks for information and is interested in your service / product or who, like me, even wanted to make an annual subscription, an extra pampering is a must. It is a pity that the reception staff are so little empathetic and listless that it really made me want to go out. Among other things, the site clearly indicates the possibility of paying by direct debit in a maximum of 10 installments while in the center they tell you that you can pay either immediately or in two installments at the most. M	Matilde Treno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel corso del tempo questa palestra è peggiorata, la pulizia non è il massimo, la nuova disposizione dei macchinari crea assembramento e c'è poca distanza tra gli attrezzi. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima, ma si dovrebbe investire di più. Over time this gym has deteriorated, cleanliness is not the best, the new arrangement of the machinery creates a crowd and there is little distance between the tools. Too bad because the location is great, but more should be invested.

Complimenti a voi per la professinalità ? I call to ask to remove my phone number from the promotional lists and the lady sympathy who answered the phone says she has no time that she is closing a contract. S	Stefano Sassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra da più di 4 anni, ultimamente il servizio e l'amministrazione sono veramente inesistenti, gli orari di apertura mi è capitato più volte che non venissero rispettati. Non vengono pubblicati sulle pagine social gli aggiornamenti su orari e su eventuali chiusure (manutenzione, ferie, ecc ...) e spesso si trova la palestra chiusa senza essere stati informati. p.s. : l'aggiornamento sulla chiusura è arrivato, via mail, il giorno stesso della chiusura alle ore 14. Quindi come nel mio caso essendomi recato presso la palestra la mattina l'ho trovata chiusa. Mentre sulla pagina facebook è stata segnalata la chiusura alle ore 13 del giorno stesso. Sarebbe meglio e credo obbligatorio segnalare la chiusura della palestra almeno il giorno prima. I have been attending this gym for more than 4 years, lately the service and administration are really non-existent, the opening hours have happened to me several times that they were not respected. Updates on timetables and any closures (maintenance, holidays, etc ...) are not published on the social pages and often the gym is closed without being informed. p.s. : the update on the closure arrived, via e-mail, on the same day as the closure at 2pm. So as in my case, having gone to the gym in the morning I found it closed. While on the facebook page the closing was reported at 1 pm on the same day. It would be better and I think it is mandatory to report the closure of the gym at least the day before.
