★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo appartamento vicinissimo al Mausoleo di Augusto, vicino via Del Corso e Piazza di Spagna. Buona comodità, tutto pulito, personale della massimo cortesia. Peccato solo che devi presentarti al check in fra le 15 e le 17,a rischio di pagare 25 euro per farsi consegnare le chiavi che non ci sono. Infatti si apre e chiude da APP.
Excellent apartment very close to the Mausoleum of Augustus, near via Del Corso and Piazza di Spagna. Good comfort, everything clean, staff with the utmost courtesy. Just a shame that you have to show up at the check in between 15 and 17, at the risk of paying 25 euros to get the keys that are not there. In fact, it opens and closes from the APP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura a settembre 2020. L'aria condizionata non era funzionante e il soggiorno non è stato di certo confortevole. Il referente della struttura per l'accaduto si è offerto di rimborsarci le spese di soggiorno. Ad oggi, nonostante vari solleciti non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Non ne faccio una questione di importo ma di principio visto che il rimborso mi è stato proposto dallo stesso referente della struttura.
We stayed at the property in September 2020. The air conditioning was not working and the stay was certainly not comfortable. The contact person of the structure for the incident offered to reimburse us for the living expenses. To date, despite various reminders, I have not yet received the refund. I do not make a question of amount but of principle since the refund was proposed to me by the same contact person of the structure.
