Our stay at Babuíno Palace Suites was a nice surprise… our apartment was a gem, well located, easily accessible, charming, a beautiful address to celebrate a special date, for example. A stay to repeat without a doubt and definitely recommend! Michelle thank you for your kindness, your attention and for the precious tips on places to visit and restaurants!?

Buono anche l'assortimento del frigobar ormai così difficile da trovare nelle Guest house e negli hotel. Fantastic facility very clean, great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The assortment of the minibar is also good, now so difficult to find in Guest houses and hotels.

Un bel posto dove soggiornare, che offre il lusso di un hotel a 5 stelle ed il calore e la privacy di una casa, a prezzi ragionevoli. Ciliegina sulla torta i consigli e la gentilezza del personale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Provare per credere. The location is very central and the furnishings are comfortable and modern. The shower is so big that you would never go out! A nice place to stay, offering the luxury of a 5-star hotel and the warmth and privacy of home, at reasonable prices. The icing on the cake is the advice and kindness of the staff, always smiling and helpful. Seeing is believing.

When we tried to explain the situation, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, with no empathy at all. He didn't offer us any solutions and charged us for the entire stay (3 nights) even though we couldn't leave our country. So disappointing, not recommended, especially during covid times, stay away.

Unfortunately one family member tested positive for covid before travelling. We contacted the hotel asap and they had charged the whole stay. We asked for options: refund (full or partial) or credit for future booking. We were willing to travel as soon as we were covid free. The response was non negotiable and charged the whole stay. Giving one star as this is the only way to post a review. I wouldn’t give any stars
