Preoccupato per dei problemi agli occhi, mi ha consigliato una visita nel negozio in centro (è tra la galleria Bardelli e il municipio, per intenderci). Visita attenta, mi sono sentito consigliato per il meglio, con passione e competenza. Mi sono sentito sempre a mio agio e seguito in tutto, con sensibilità. Ho notato un' ampia scelta di lenti e montature, e macchinari per il controllo della vista moderni, di ultimissima tecnologia. Tornerei volentieri perché mi sono trovato molto bene, anche come chiarezza nell'esposizione prezzi, che ho trovato ottimi. Magari tornerò per provare anche le lenti a contatto (ho sempre usato occhiali) ... Un applauso a tutto lo staff, consiglio a tutti per l'affidabilità! Spesso mi finivano e mi ritrovavo a cercare disperatamente un ottico che le avesse, perché non mi piace indossare gli occhiali. Da Fielmann invece esiste un servizio completamente gratuito per cui le tue lenti a contatto vengono riordinate automaticamente da loro. Te le fanno trovare già pronte e non rischi mai di rimanere senza. Fantastico! Ti mandano un messaggio e le vai a ritirare,con il prezzo più basso garantito. Siete i migliori! Per la scelta della montatura sono stata aiutata dall'ottico Manuel, che mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio i pro e contro delle diverse scelte:bravissimo! Mi hanno fatto l'esame della vista con apparecchiature di ultima generazione. Mi sono trovata davvero bene. Il direttore di filiale, Elia Francesco, mi ha consigliato le lenti giuste per le mie esigenze, facendomi capire le differenze tra le diverse tipologie di lenti,cosa che nessuno mai aveva fatto.
