La disponibilità del personale poi è stata ottima perché anche se il primo accesso è avvenuto in orario limite, contando erroneamente su un orario continuato, la cordialità e l’assistenza non sono venute meno. Quando si è costretti ad acquistare un occhiale da vista, la spesa diventa importante sia economicamente che per il beneficio fisico; in questa ottica diventa anche piacevole per la qualità del servizio, dell’assistenza e dei prodotti offerti.
