Polemica e maleducata dopo avermi messa in attesa per circa 40 minuti, pazienza, sono stata da lei invitata a rivolgermi al negozio NAU di CITTA FIERA. Mi sono subito recata al Fiera dove una gentilissima e disponibile TEODORA ha risolto in pochi minuti il problema. Grazie Teodora non solo hai fatto il tuo dovere nei confronti di una cliente ma l'hai trattata come una persona.
Bad availability and welcome by the manager CARLOTTA of NAU Udine Centro. Controversial and rude after putting me on hold for about 40 minutes, never mind, I was invited by her to contact the NAU shop in CITTA FIERA. I immediately went to the Fair where a very kind and helpful TEODORA solved the problem in a few minutes. Thanks Teodora not only did you do your duty towards a client but you treated her like a person.

Unica pecca, ed è la prima volta che mi capita: Ricevere un occhiale nuovo in una bustina di plastica anziché custodia rigida ( che avrei dovuto e potuto acquistare a parte!)Dopo aver speso 200 euro e passa mi sembra incredibile!
For the order of the point of sale vote 10! Professional and welcoming!
