★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima per quanto riguarda l'installazione, disponibile per visionare.
Alcuni serramenti sono arrivati con dei difetti che alla richiesta di sostituzione dello stesso mi è stato risposto che avendo ormai firmato la bolla di consegna avrebbero provveduto alla riparazione in loco con tutti le conseguenze di un eventuale insuccesso e che quindi mi veniva consigliato di tenerli così.
Chi volesse verificare di persona disponibilissimo.
Aggiungo persino che uno dei serramenti si sta scollando e la risposta è stata " che quel tipo di scollamento rientra nella normalità e non ne pregiudica l'affidabilità "

Some windows and doors arrived with defects that I was told at the request to replace them that having signed the delivery note they would have done the repair on the spot with all the consequences of a possible failure and therefore I was advised to keep them that way.

I would even add that one of the doors and windows is peeling off and the answer was "that kind of detachment is normal and does not affect its reliability"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parlato il 1 aprile col titolare della ditta per avere assistenza su una porta interna da loro installata. Ho dovuto richiamare 2 volte ed ogni volta mi prometteva un intervento della squadra manutenzione. L'ultima volta mi ha bruscamente lasciato dicendo che avrebbe richiamato il 15 aprile. Non ho ancora notizie: ritengo che la serietà di una ditta si veda anche nell'assistenza.
I spoke on April 1 with the owner of the company for assistance on an internal door installed by them. I had to call back twice and each time I was promised an intervention by the maintenance team. The last time he abruptly left me saying he would call back on April 15th. I have no news yet: I believe that the seriousness of a company is also seen in assistance.
