★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato degli infissi altamente elogiati dal titolare per poi ritrovarmi montati gli infissi di un'altra casa senza aver ricevuto alcuna informazione tecnica né essere informata del cambio di azienda produttrice. Gli infissi sono stati montati con più di tre mesi di ritardo causato dal fatto che non era mai stato evaso l'ordine quando ho effettuato il pagamento del 50% come da contratto ed è stato fatto un errore di progetto su un infisso che mi è stato sostituito dopo ulteriori 5 mesi. Mi sono accorta che da un infisso mi entrano folate d'aria e non è stato mandato nessuno a fare un sopralluogo per valutarne la causa ma ho potuto notare da sola che l'infisso è inarcato e la guarnizione non lo tocca minimamente. Inoltre un altro infisso lascia entrare aria a sufficienza da fare spostare la tenda. Nessuno viene mandato né ricevo alcuna informazione dal titolare in merito alla soluzione del grave problema ma piuttosto mi viene ribadito che il titolare è cambiato, infatti la ditta è passata dal padre alla figlia. Peccato che il vecchio titolare si sia ben guardato dal chiarirmi ciò in fase di acquisto e mi abbia invece rassicurato sul fatto che si stavano solo trasferendo di sede da via Tripoli a corso Orbassano. Lascio valutare a chi legge la professionalità e correttezza di queste persone.
I bought some fixtures highly praised by the owner and then found the fixtures of another house mounted without having received any technical information or being informed of the change of manufacturing company. The fixtures were mounted more than three months late due to the fact that the order had never been processed when I made the 50% payment as per contract and a design error was made on a fixture that was replaced after a further 5 months. I realized that gusts of air enter me from a window frame and no one has been sent to make an inspection to assess the cause but I have noticed by myself that the frame is arched and the gasket does not touch it in the slightest. In addition, another window lets in enough air to move the curtain. No one is sent or I receive any information from the owner regarding the solution of the serious problem but rather I am reiterated that the owner has changed, in fact the company has passed from father to daughter. Too bad that the old owner took great care not to clarify this during the purchase phase and instead reassured me that they were only moving from via Tripoli to corso Orbassano. I let the reader evaluate the professionalism and correctness of these people.

Misure zanzariera sbagliate e ritornati più volte per pezzi mancanti non consegnati al montatore.
Un altra zanzariera montata al contrario
Lavoro svolto dai posatori molto superficiale e veloce essendo ditte esterne e non loro dipendenti.

Assistenza pessima in quanto danno più volte appuntamenti e non si presentano rimandando con scuse che è colpa del posatore non è colpa loro
Qualità degli infissi Buona l unica nota positiva
Ma tornassi indietro non mi affiderei a loro
Non li consiglio
